Like, beautiful dog. Your voice-over narrator sounds like his nose is plugged up. Ream out those nostrils, and keep up the good work. Way to go, babes!
I had a lab/shepperd mix named Rocky who had the same crippling disease. He lived to 16 years old. We used a wheelchair for the last 2 1/2 years of his life. Our ver didn't think we'd do well considering his size, but we did it!! I'll never forget such a wonderful experience. I was so fortunate to have Rocky for so many years... he was a real trouper!!
What a great story, I'm happy Billy Bob got a new chance at life. My girl Dobie Duchess has wobblers. I got her from my local Doberman rescue. 5 years later she is happy as can be. She has a wonderful loving family, my other Dobie Duke keeps her company when I'm not home, and she gets the big comfy couch all to herself.
I would not think twice about doing this for my dog if (God forbid) she were to ever need a wheelchair. I think it's great that HandicappedPets exists.
My doby contracted the exact same disease!!!! However no vet was able to help me and i spend thousands getting help to no avail. I had to put him down. The saddest day of my entire life!!!!
he might be broken...but he is amazing!
