Hey Mr. Tut, at 1:17 I noticed that you appear to have a sort of ghost button underneath your image tab that says "LUCK" and appears to have a pull down menu...what is that?
Hey, I have been using this method for quite some time and suddenly the option became grayed out for me, restarting photoshop, the computer, etc does not fix it, nor does checking my caplock button (which i really did try)
any ideas to help those of us out who can not make this function? does it have something to do with saving history states (snapshoting)?
Great to know, i do never use the crop tool. Not doing photography but design, when i crop that is for exporting, so i still have the original .psd. But indeed an important thing to know.
I can remember using this option in Windows with an old version of Photoshop but can't find it back on the version I'm using now (CS5 Extended for Windows).
i signed up on facebook and went to your facebook page, but can't figure out how to send you a friend request. The only way it is letting me send friend requests is through my email contact list. Can anyone tell me how to get around this?
I must an advanced Photoshop user. Some of these questions people are asking... "how do you change b/w photos to color?" That's like asking, "how do you save your work as a JPEG image?"
@summysingh try searching 'how to colorize black and white images on photoshop'. (but basicly all it is, is making the b&w image 1 layer, and create 2nd layer and change the layer mode to 'color' instead of normal, then just color the 2nd layer)
Wow this is great to know. Keep doing these tips! They may not affect me at the time, but lets say in the future I cropped too much, I would HATE myself for not knowing this.
This is awesome! You always have great tips. There's so many different settings on Photoshop that I have no idea how to use or what they're for, and I'm either too afraid or too impatient to experiment because of the fact that they can seem overwhelming. But life is made easier by you with these short, simple videos=] Thank you!
I had the problem with integrate PSD to Premiere. If the layer has hidden elements, Premiere crahs´s down. So I had to delete these things manually. Now I know - thanks to you - an easyer way to do it. Thumbs up!
(Sorry for my bad english, its not my first language)
Thank you SO much. These little tips and tricks are so helpful. But I always sit here like "OH MY GOD, REALLY?" and I kick myself for not having known about it earlier haha
I have CS 5. I followed all the steps and I see the Cropped Area: "radial buttons" but they are grayed out. It is set to Delete and I can't change it to Hide. Can anyone help me get this to work?
@DaleStiles Never mind, I found that if I unchecked "Perspective" I was able to Hide. I was going to delete my post and then decided that maybe someone could benefit from my experiementation.
God that is an awesome tip, I don't know how I never noticed that option but it will be SO useful! Most of my editing is non-destructive, except the cropping always was so I had to save stuff as copies. Now I can just keep one .psd that seems cropped but can be undone :D
thnx from Egypt for all of ur gr8 work and the easying tips :D
