And if your confu spirit bomb part, i don't count the one in gt, because he had more experience in that then in this movie. Also, i don't count gt as cannon, due to plot holes.

He predicted all of this because in a side manga another Trunks told him.

And there is no scar, but that exact spot is still open on the inside as in it never heale all the way, the only thing covering the stab wound is his healed skin and Goku got lucky and punched him there.He did not know there was a wound there. He got lucky. This is the reason why they show Broly getting stabbed as a child in the movie flashback.

@054martinm Solar flare is a move that can only be used to get away in a fight like this, seeing how conventional attacks do miniscule damage. He wouldn't have the time to make a super spirit bomb, because in dbz it took him 12 episodes to make it. And broly took a full power kamehameha at point blank and took no damage. And if your confu spirit bomb part, i don't count the one in gt, because he had more experience in that then in this movie. Also, i don't count gt as cannon, due to plot holes.

Also, i recall there only be 69 episodes so far released in kai, so the kid buu fight hasn't happened yet.Also, i don't like gt because it wasn't a manga and akira didn't write it. Also, the cell in the trunks timeline was weaker then the other one because the other one had time to absorb people, and two, piccolo got owned because he was weak from the # 17 fight.

@054martinm Goku wasn't drained while fighting Cell, he used that as an excuse to get Gohan to fight. He was still at full power. It's like he knew everything that would happen in that battle. He was saving his power because he knew Cell would blow himself up and though he does not have enough energy to defeat him if he wanted to continue fighting, he wanted to save his energy so he could teleport Cell to King Kai's world. He predicted all of this because in a side manga another Trunks told him.

And no, Goku did not overpower Broly, he outmaneuvered him due to brolys mental instability, he did not strategize and allowed Goku to punch him in the scar wound from when he was an infant, which made him explode from his own power. So yes, Goku is smarter here, but no, he is not more powerful.

@054martinm The day Broly was born someone stabbed a sword all the way through his stomach and out the back. And there is no scar, but that exact spot is still open on the inside as in it never heale all the way, the only thing covering the stab wound is his healed skin and Goku got lucky and punched him there.He did not know there was a wound there. He got lucky. This is the reason why they show Broly getting stabbed as a child in the movie flashback.

And I'm not trying to make Broly seem stronger, because Goku did overpower him otherwise he wouldn't have been able to punch the wound, but if the wound wasn't there Goku still would have won it just would have taken much much longer.

I was simply stating that you can also read about him getting stabbed as well, I never said that's where I got my information, I own the movie. I have watched it multiple times. Broly got stabbed all the way through whe he was born and at the end of the movie Goku punched him in the exact spot and it made an exit wound. I'm not making shit up. He took the powers of every one but vegeta, and is still getting his ass brutaly tortured, but when he gets the power of a barely alive vegeta, he catches broly's punch, and wins in one hit, you have to admit, that makes no sense.

But the fact that he uses 1 punch rather than a serise of punches and kicks or a Kamehameha wave is a mystery to me, and Vegeta is at the same power level as Goku so his power x2
