  • she did a pretty good job reacting to the fire

  • Besides the fact that this girl wasn't in her back seat giving me a blowjob, she did nothing wrong!

  • Looked like the flame in the gas tank was still burning cause I think I can see light still flickering from her gas tank. This could have happened to anyone. I am glad and hope no one was hurt.

  • Kuto to her for doing the right thing and stopping the pump... the tank will starve of oxygen and the fire will snuff out.. good for her for acting quickly. maybe she'll think twice about that sweater and its static discharge next time.

  • Who cares she probobly makes wonderfull meatballs in spagetti and douse a mean blowjob and swallows!!! HA !!!

  • worst title for a video ever. This has nothing to do with her ability to drive.

  • ok just because its a female really worst driver ever i have seen more videos on youtube of men causeing fires at a gas pump them females

  • Hey! Thats my mommy!

  • i think that was in orem utah

  • She is not stupid at all. Maybe she should pull out faster the hose and run away from the car. That fire happened because static electricity cummulated in her clothes because of friction between her sweater and seat ( most common ). In the video, when she touched the fuel gun all the electricity went to her car but by a small contact area between fuel tank and the fuel gun. In most cases that mean a little spark... I often electro shock myself when closing the car's door.

  • The US is a feminized failure. This will be obvious to the world soon. Hay women, get ready to lose your unappreciated special rights.

  • I was expecting there to be fire everywhere

in my opinion she handled herself quite well

I mean if you look past the fact that she quite literally set her car on fire...but other than that thumbs up lololol

  • 1:03 im pretty sure she tried to blow it out first

  • I really don't know what caused this but she handled it pretty well.

  • That was a static charge caused by the lady getting back into her car sliding around on her seat then touching her jumper building up a nice static charge for when she grabs the nozzle again. This is one reason why in the UK we don't have the nozzles you can set and walk off, let go and it switches off.

  • @jleyd Same in Canada.

  • that looks like a static charge....

  • Whoever smokes near the pumps in general just shouldn't drive.

  • I think She handled the situation fine. If you watch some of the People on these videos they freak and rip the hose out of the tank spraying flaming fuel all over the vehicle.

  • Notice how she gets out of her car, rubs her sweater and touches the gas nozzle, all within a few seconds. Perfect way to create a static charge, which would explain the sudden and expected ignition right at the moment she touched it.

  • That has nothing to do with driving, or her ability to do so.

  • Press a number 0-9 and like my comment at the same time.

  • dat ass

  • At least she had the balls to pull the burning fuel hose out!

  • She has a decent figure at least. Id still hit it after i applied full coverage insurance to her car.

  • no brain!

  • Yeah, it's not gasoline that starts the fire. It's the fumes that do it and all it takes is static electricity.

  • this has nothing to do with driving except for the fact it is a car

  • Cigarettes can't light gasoline on fire people, not even the gas fumes. It's because she got back in the car and got a static electricity buildup. When she touched the pump nozzle, the static arced to the metal in that and started the fire.

Don't any of you watch mythbusters?

  • @MrDrakkus i do:) its brilliant

  • Did she take out a cigarette?

  • The fire started because she charged herself when she got back into her car after she started the pump. When she touched the nozzle again, she created an arc. That's why you're not supposed to get back into your car while pumping fuel. A cigarette will not ignite gasoline.

  • she thought the fuel tank was a kitchen

  • Don't smoke while u pump!

  • nozzle says to ALWAYS leave the pump in incase of a fire..... and that was static electricity.. NOT HER FAULT! id do her

  • she did well there to get the hose out of the tank, most people would just run away from it, you go girl (and she looks fairly fit too)

  • @ZXC5000 Um, no you are supposed to turn it off and leave it in the tank. The fire won't travel into the tank, there is no oxygen. But by pulling the nozzle out, she is lucky it didn't flare up from the gas still in the nozzle. At least she was smart enough to shut the nozzle off before pulling it out...

  • She had a cugarette in her hand

  • what's the problem ?

    she handled it well.

  • your doing wrong, combustion is supposed to take place in the cylinder, once the piston hits TDC or there abouts, not in the gas tank!

  • I think it is cause of static electricity of her clothing

  • she touhes hes clothing, rub rub rub*** static generates...

touches the gas pump, sparks, then boom! flame thrower!

  • That's what happens when a woman leaves her rightful spot in the kitchen.

  • How about Luckiest woman driver ever?

  • yeah she reads a lot of txt messages, but she didn't read the sticker on the pump that tells her not to do that, some of the stickers even say why its a bad idea.

  • @ColossalTurtle she charged her self with electricity by sitting inside while pumping gas and touched the metal part of the fuelgun

  • what an idiot she puts the pump in her car. sits down and rolls around like a cat. builds static energy on her clothes. then touches the pump. smh thats like the number 1 thing u dont do at a gas station

  • Stupid girl

  • Hahahah so she went to smoke something niceee wow glad that was caught on cam er uhhhh

  • You never re-enter the vehicle during refueling - you pick up static electricity again. Duh.

  • Aren't there signs on the pump instructing you not to get back in your vehicle while the gas is pumping for this specific reason?

  • @kgbeezr75 People don't heed those warnings because they think "Nothing will happen!". The same applies to those dumbasses that leave their engines running while pumping gas.

  • 9 out of 10 male drivers pick there nose at the wheel . its true watch and u will c 4 ur self.

  • @kiannakittykat1 Firstly, that's such rubbish. Secondly, what does that have to do with the video?

  • all she had to do was put her hand over the flame...

  • omg wtf!

  • It's the fuzzy sweater she's wearing. It's called STATIC ELECTRICITY...she should have grounded herself before touching the pump.

  • @jmrodz80 in fact she did touch the pump before. she might have charged herself touching whatever when she went inside the car

  • I bet she went into the car to start it to see her progress with the gas-indicator...

  • Men in general treat cars for what they are. A machine. Men understand that a machine and is going to need maintenance and it needs to be operated properly. Women on the other hand, treat cars like pets. They neglect basic maintenance and when the engine seizes they they can't figure out why, even though to a man it's quite obvious they haven't changed the oil in a year.

  • I've known some men that treat cars like pets.

  • @ieast007 As a man, who understands cars, that's a laughable statement. I've known many men that have neglected vehicle maintenance, and just as many that just put things off. I understand the fact I haven't had an oil change in 4 months is bad, I just don't care. Women today drive just as well as most men. Unless that elderly bald man tailgating me on the highway a few hours ago was really a woman. And the purolator driver that cut me off two days ago. Or the...nevermind, i think you get it.

  • Statistically speaking males have more auto accidents than women.

  • @BlameRepublicans That is because when a woman causes two Men to crash into each other they just drive off...

  • -___-

  • @ieast007 I'm a woman and change my own oil in my car

  • @chooseright24 good for you now go educate yourself and learn how do do more complex maintenance.

  • @davidthomassoule your an ass. It says so in your name. you must have some small ass balls

  • @ieast007 That is why when people say to buy vehicles that are female driven I laugh at them!

  • she shouldn't have lifted her feet off the ground when she got back in the truck. she needs a shorter car

  • xa0xa0x0ax0ax0a0xa0x0ax0a0x0ax0ax

  • You're always supposed to touch the side of the car if you get in the car a second time and then get out again while pumping gas to disperse the static charge. This happens all the time.

  • This is why when ever I get out of my car, I touch the car before I touch the gas pump to get rid of my static electricity

  • this is like rammstein fire effects!

  • I drive a fuel tanker and deliver gasoline for a living. This fire was definitely started by static discharge. It did look like she had a cigarette in her mouth while in the car, but I don't think that caused it. I'm pretty sure it was ESD. I always touch the side of my door when I get out of a vehicle. A habit I learned in the military to keep myself grounded.

  • by any chance did she receive a call just before the fire?

  • This has nothing to do with her being a woman.

  • static electricity from her seat.

  • @ghostofonyx343 more likely that clingy sweater.

  • @stratfordbaby yeah that sweater does look like it would generate a lot of static, thats why you always touch metal to ground yourself.

  • LOL women

  • NO SMOKING

  • @MrGunzoller she wasnt smoking the engine was still running

  • what the hell has that got to do with being a bad driver?

  • I don't see the 'driver' part in this video. She's just pumping gas. I'm amazed that she braved the flames and calmly took the pump out of the car.

  • I like how she trys to blow out the fire.

  • did she get back in the car to light a cigarette?

  • How does your chosen title fit the video? I fail to see a logical connection.

  • tell me if i am wrong but when she sat back in her car she probably frictioned her shirt on the driver's seat and then the static started all this ?

  • that is why u dont go back into the car... at least she was smart and didn't pull the gas line out of the car while having the gas still on!!!!!!!!! so therefore, this title sucks for this video, because this could happen to anyone

  • This is why you aren't supposed to get back inside your vehicle while you're pumping gas. You can become statically charged and then when you touch the pump, you cause a static shock which can ignite the gas vapor, resulting in something similar to what you just saw. I always bitch at people that get back in their car to use their phone that are pumping gas near me.

  • Yea that's not bad driving. It's bad luck haha. So many people will get back in the vehicles yet never have a problem with electrostatic discharge. Although I don't think your supposed to pull the handel out and try to put the flame out with the ground!??

  • @boeing159 actually, you are never supposed to leave the pump handle in the first place, its illegal.

And you can just shut the pump off and the flame will typically go out its own eventually. Pulling it out adds risk, especially because most people never shut off the pump and they spray gas all over, but she didn't panic and did not do anything too stupid, beyond the stupidity of having too much ADD to stay at the pump..

  • Static is a bitch

  • How does ESD make women driver bad?

  • The video should be titled "Misleading Title made by an Idiot"

The woman got into the car and accumulated enough static from the seat and when she stepped out and leaned next to the pump, it ignited.

  • doubt the gas station would of exploded... unless this video is from 1960's russia xD

  • it's called Electrostatic..

it can create a micro sparks which can ignite flammable gas..

    @ramiro420247 you are right..

  • arent you NOT supposed to pull out the pump and let air in the gas tank if that happens...

  • This is why I used to remotely shut off the pumps whenever I saw someone sit back down in their vehicles. I got a lot of angry people but probably saved countless lives.

    Your welcome, asstards :P

  • her pure hotness started the fire : )

  • she seems to be normal to me exept i think she had the car started or something when she poured gas but she looks hot plus some women are bad drivers not all of them and besides u cant have sex with out them

  • cuz of that sweater she had,

  • worst headline for a video ever.

  • @anfernyjp ur a girl arent u?

  • "I'll just walk away slowly now and see if anybody over here has any suggestions while this flame at the end of this pump continously burns."

  • this is why fires start not thru mobiles(cell phones to you yanks),if they removed the lock device onthe gun this wouldnt happen, you would have to stand there and fill it.

  • this could be bad advice but....... never pull out.

  • The same thing could have happened had she left it in. Who's to say the fire from the fumes couldn't have somehow caused the pump to come out of the filler. Now the pump is shooting flaming gas all over the place. She took a chance here and it worked out in the end. Enough said.

  • Nothing stupid about this. Purely an accident that could happen to anyone. She was actually smart (and brave) for taking it out of the car. The entire car could have caught fire had she left it in.

  • @MyOpinionMatterss Actually no, when gas pumps catch fire, you're supposed to leave them in, believe it or not. Taking the pump out can spray fire everywhere.

  • @haircutbob2 That only makes sense if the gas is flowing but if you look close she actually has the common sense to shut it off before taking it out.

  • @MyOpinionMatterss Well it still would have been safer to just leave it in and go get help. It could have flared up in her face while she was trying to take it out. But yes, at least she turned it off before taking it out.

  • @haircutbob2 True although her car could have been damaged if she left it in. A brave (maybe a little stupid) woman who cares about her car...I'll take her! :)

  • @MyOpinionMatterss actually not, your wrong. if for whatever reason the pump catches fire, leave it in the car! theirs no oxygen in the tank down their so nothing can combust.

  • @fanofCOH I know that the gas in the tank can't ignite but the flames shooting up the side of the car burn/melt the paint. That's all i'm saying.

  • @MyOpinionMatterss id be less worried about my paint job then i would burning myself up or blowing the gas station up killing someone needlessly

  • *touch *KABOOM *flames of fury *Hm.... I think I'll try to blow it off *whoosh -> fire to the face *get off the car it's done *pokes the ground *RUN AHHHH

  • Can some one say missing ground strap on the filler of the tank. Been around gasoline and smoking most of my life this never happens. You can wave a lit propane torch a foot from open "fresh" gasoline and it will never ignite from the fumes

  • @wuscli Funniest comment I've ever seen

  • when this happends some people pull the handle out and the gas is still pumping

  • technically there was no driving. worlds worst woman gas filler-upper would be more fitting.

  • I do admit, that women get made fun of more than men... but... there are also more bad women drivers than men... to every stereotype... there is some truth

  • Idiot!

  • There is no such thing as the worst women driver ever, they are all that bad.

  • u know, why cant women just drive? they always have to do something else while they drive, talking on the phone, makeup, smoking. they cant just drive and pay attention to whats around them. all the stupid people that ever do something where they didnt realize i was driving next to them i looked and was a woman, cant even pump the gas without going in and sitting down and doing whatever the hell she was doing

  • @unpopularpizza10 Pretty sure men are guilty of most of the same thing...change your arguement to people in general...not just women...other than that your just a dumbass no better than the chik in the vid...have a nice day.

  • @CplDingo he is exactly right.... women (most of them anyway) were not born to drive. you see, men actually enjoy driving. women don't, they find it boring. more boring than doing their nails for instance. whereas we were not born to do our nails, we coudnt give a toss. well its the same with chicks, they coudnt care less about cars. they are cautious while driving, cos its a dangerous activity, and necessary, but their skill level is always low cos their interest is low. it's not their fault.

  • @TheRis81 I guess SOME women don't enjoy driving, but some MEN don't enjoy it either... and can be awful drivers too.... I enjoy driving (I'm a woman), I am careful but I consider to be a great driver in any condition, I'm not slow, as many men might think, I like speed! and I'm better at driving and parking than my dad and boyfriend (what does this tell you?). BUT!!: SOME FEMALES ARE IDIOTS AT DRIVING! and that makes the rest of us look bad because there are not as many women as men driving :/!

  • @8lilchan8 i'd say it's MOST women. although you're right, there are guys who haven't a clue as well. in fact they are quite numerous. but it's something about the whole driving thing that most women just don't get. they aren't interested in the mechanics and specifics. they just want to look good and get from a to b. nothing wrong with that....doesnt make a good driver though

  • @TheRis81 Yes, because there are not may women driving so it's more noticeable. Most of them don't enjoy driving, but there are exceptions and today I can see more women being excellent drivers. Not all men are interested in the mechanics and specifics because, as I said, there are exceptions,Is just a matter of been interested on how to drive and doing it well while enjoying it. So, saying that women can't drive is like saying that men can't grow up, can't cook or can't rely con them selfs.

  • This has nothing 2 do with her driving, and in fact, ne1 can have this happen! If she was smoking or something then I could understand the cruel vid, but cmon. This is just bad luck, and she was smart enought to move the gas line away from her tank. i know dudes that would have not handled the situation as gracefully as she did! Props 2 this woman and fuck all you haters

  • My goodness, I think most of the reactions come from guys who are never on the road! This woman could also be a guy and then it would never been posted on youtube. Search on this site on: crazy driver crashes into everyone

THATS bad driving, and oh oh....it a guy!!

  • It looks like an accident to me. It's cold, she wasn't wearing a jacket. I've done it, and I'm a man. They say static electricity can ignite gas pumps as seen above.

  • @mikemi28 Exactly. And this has nothing to do with driving, despite of what the title says.

  • @hutseflutsel i see a car...i see a woman...i see stupidity.. what else is there ?

  • @theync100 Nothing, you said it perfectly. there is a car and a woman and a accident. But NO driving. So bad driver does not make sense

  • @mikemi28 she lit a cigarette and then put it right beside the gas tank and it caught fire thats what i saw anyway. also did you notice she tries to blow the fire out at 1:04

  • If she lit a cigarette in the car, she didn't get out with it. The cigarette is not what caused this as far as I can see. When she gets out of the car, she adjusts her shirt and there doesn't appear to be anything in her hands. The static electricity from her shirt sparked the fire when she touched the pump, it has happened before. There must have been some residual fuel on the outside of the pump as well.

And yea, I see her trying to blow it out. That is funny :)

  • NEVER EVER pull the pump out if there's a fire like that. There's a great chance gas from the tank will come up and ignite. The pump lever actually acts as a lid in this case. Leave it and get a fire extinguisher right away. NEVER EVER pull the pump out.

The reason this happened was because @0:47 she went in to the car, rubbed her self good in there to create static, and never ever touched the outside of the car. So when she finally did there was static and a sprak. W00F! *shock of her life*

  • i'm, in america Only ?

  • how is that any thing to do with the woman? its just her jumper.

    worse than using your phone..

  • where is kaboom like in a movies

  • What does this have to do with driving. She wasn't driving at all.

  • can someone explain to me how the fire started? im not too bright

  • @neslolz static electricity from her jumper. as she moves around she creates a static charge, and then the charge discharges on the pump making a spark .....

  • this has nothing to do with driving + it was static which happens sometimes when it is cold :P

  • @poochie4312 Omg seriously? I don't get why there's always gotta be someone to ruin something funny. It's like a joke. You don't have to bring in all these stupid facts. She's a stupid driver bottom line. Who does that crap?

  • i guess she cant read because all gas stations have no smoking signs

  • That's funny I say something that offends you and its get flagged. but you can still offend someone else.

  • For those of you who are making comments about her. All I can say is you probably learned from this and are taking safety precautions and discharging the static electricity from your body. You probably doing this by touching something outside your car and causing a static spark. Thus frying the only brain cell in your head.

  • Well she got one thing right. The gas cover is on the same side as the pump.

  • What dose this have to do with her driving skills anyway? People ( Men and Women ) do that more than you might think. It's really funny how many people on YouTube will watch something like this and all of a sudden they're experts. Ready to ridicule and mock someone from they're perch on the highest pedestal. Morons!

  • @Donincal

    Your clearly an idiot.

  • @BentNeatly Well if you don't like what I said ...? (Please wait while I read mine again.) Oh I see you must be upset because your a moron. Who else would be angry about that. It's not my fault your a moron.

  • lol static + gas = FIRE

  • @TheOriginalWeegee LOL Yup. That's why I always touch something metal before I touch the nozzle. Discharge before you touch the damn thing.

  • You guys are stupid she wasn't driving, She was getting gas. Learn how to use letters and numbers correctly. Go back to school.

  • @poochie4312 cant fill gas is even wors

  • How is this the worst woman driver ever? Her flipping sweater generated electricity when she pulled it down against her under shirt...she touches the car and bam. She created electricity, this is quite genious for a woman.

  • good xplination of y the handles here dosent lock... u have to acctuly hold it...

  • The Jesus will love the way you are!

  • I saw this video at police school. An expert at the academy told us that the fire was caused by static electricity ( from her sitting and rubbing on the drivers seat just shortly before it happens).

  • actually she was in control, may be she went inside to take something. overall she wasnt bad at all, infact a brave woman

  • @wilsonsamuel

the fact that you are the only person defending this pathetic excuse for a driver seems to suggest that you must in fact be said incompetent driver, does it not?

  • Typical woman.

  • well at least she didnt panic and it wasnt he fault

  • I love how she just left the fire there that could of easily spread throughout the gas station and blew up everyone. Where the hell was she going? To find her boyfriend so he can tell the stupid bitch what to do?
