Fedor is in shape, it doesn't show, and looks don't matter. He has never been gassed in a fight, and has one of the best endurance in all of mma. just look at his fights

why would arlovski allow a round obvious out of shape beat fighter him? simple, fight experience is a equalizer in matches where the young fighter has the ability and frame, but lacks the patience and experience. this fedor is one punch or kick from being exposed. most of you fans are just that fans no experience in what a real fight entails.

What does being in shape have to do with anything.
there are a lot of out of shape fighters that are great, because in fighting its skil that counts.
also other sports have the same phenomenen, look at olympic lifting, take an "in" shape body builder and you wont see them lifting 26stone above their head but you get a fat fugly powerlifter and they kill it.
shape has little to do with skill or even muscle. fat is on top of muscle.

let me put this plain and simple Mass times accleration equals force. granted there ae proper mechanics for throwing that devastating punch also. point is Lesnar's only real stand up power shot was the one that broke herrings orbital bone in his face and that punch was not even close to Lesnars potential if Brock learns proper striking mechanics he will be able to knock anybody out at anytime including Fagdor!!

lol i never watched any vids of fedor out of training or not in a fight video. he looks very awkward and unporportioned. but he's a beast that is for sure. arlovski looks 100% in shape. but i guess thats the way fedor looks bc of his body type. one of my friends is a big fedor fan and he says "he looks like a refrigerator with chicken legs". i couldn't agree more. but he is a monster that's for sure. bot fighters are great.
