i grow my beard because it it the sunnah of the the prophet muhammad pbuh. i understand where brothers come from about it not being in quran. But what I say to that is Allah says in the quran that obeying the prophet is obeying him. Allah only says in the quran to prostrate. He does say how to jalsa, rooku, keyam, sugdha etc. so how do you know how to pray and the postions. So make your arguement but dont say if its not in the quran then its not an obligation becuz it is if u understand.

The Prophet does not make the rules...PBUH ....Allah makes the rules and in the Holy book the Last Revelation from ALLAH Growing of the Beard is not a Pillar or Command....

There are many verses in Quran saying to obey The Messenger (Sal).... 8:24, 4:59, 33:21, 59:7.

Belief in Quran and Rasool is a must for a muslim. If you only follow the Quran without the Sunnah then you are really lost. For eg, Allah has commanded us to offer prayers but the Sunnah of the prophet shows us how to perform the prayer.

No one "worships" the Prophet; we are following his blessed Tareeqa, and this facet (the beard), is in fact a difference between us and the kuffar (disbelievers). The Prophet (pbuh) had actually prophesied in a Hadith that a group would emerge after his death, who would say, "Stick to the Qur'an only. Carry out only the commands therein." Then he warns against this notion.

pubic and armpit hair is unwanted hair..you should get rid of it..the best way is plucking the hairs..but if you can not stand plucking them you may use razor..and the prophet (pbuh) gave a time limit...you must cut your nails/pluck pubes/pluck armpit hair every 40 days.its ok to do it more but YOU MUST DO IT ATLEAST ONCE EVERY 40 DAYS..

it is required to have a beard if you can grow one so you can not shave it or throw it away.i dont know if enema is allowed..

Lets be honest, the Quran was written for people and by people who grew beards(Arabs, and some E. Africans). It didn't take into account of all the millions or billions of people today who CAN'T grow a beard(A lot of E.Asians, Some Africans, North American Indians, etc).
