I can not focus on the main issue, i just think your nose is congested. As you speak fast, i have to pay all my attention to understand what you say. I can hear you breathe during speech. If i am right, you are probably having sinus problem because of your nose. (I am not a medical doctor, this was just a prediction, dont get mad at me please)

Besides, i certanly learned what pareto is, this video is really usefull. Thank you for sharing.
