It takes an enoromous amount of hard work and dedication to be a fantastic player capable of playing these mesmerizing passages. ICM needs many many more musicians like him, that opens up the possibility that a few will transcend this level and go even further. What ICM does not need is hurtful criticism aimed at the few brave souls who have chosen this path in life. Bravo Budhaditya!

Budhaditya is a fantastic sitar player but he is more famous for his speed and acrobatics (that trigger off claps from listeners) than for his feelings. On the whole his music is disturbed and... disturbing!

Are you crazy??!! Watch his Raag Bhairavi clip on YouTube, he has so much of feeling in his playing! You shouldn't be insulting such great artists, keep your insults to urself, what do his clothes have to do with anything?!

there are too many ignorant dudes on the net. this is a very good sitar player - but a photocopy of Vilayat Khan. And spectacular acrobatics is not music - its good for the circus
