It's not that big of a deal. We are a part of nature. That's why you have an immune system. Who cares if there are some ants in your bed, your fork falls on the ground, or if there's hair in your food.
When you are paying money to stay somewhere that you want to be comfortable in, of course it is a big deal. I am not going to pay good money to stay in a room that has a bunch of ants crawling all over it...
That's a relief - at least the hotel can't get a bad reputation about it. Ants always come into our house through cracks in the summer heat. I'm sure it has happened to everyone at some point
