I am wondering how this all turned out for your family. It looks to me that CPS is picking on low-income families simply because they can, as low income families do not have the financial capabilities to buy a lawyer to proove they ar good parents. To the Momma in this video, I believe you are right that babies are healthier with their Momma's milk, and that children should NEVER be placed on physotropic drugs, as they have done to your children. What a shame!

CPS abused ththis child and her mother in so many ways! All the literature I read about breastfeeding said it is normal for breast milk to be a blueish color! I think CPS generally is against breastfeeding because they know it forms a strong bond between a baby and mother, and that is a bond they want to be able to break easily if they want to put the child up for adoption.

This is horrific! I'm so glad I chose to raise my youngest son (who has an American father), as a single mother, in Australia, far away from the barbaric US CPS. In Australia the government pays parents to KEEP their children, as it has been shown that children fare much better with their imperfect natural parents than with "perfect" adoptive ones. We learned the hard way from the trauma caused by our past stolen generations.

The US is not the best place in the world to raise kids I give u that . But I dont buy the story that she was forbitten to breast feed her child when the Dept of health advise at least 2 years . This woman must has a history of substance abuse which pass through milk .God only knows but she doesnt seem clear . there are tons of organization that would send her a lawyer in a minute

Hi this is Mrs. Foltz, no I was not doing anything like that I even quit smoking while I was pregnant and while I was trying to even pump my milk to give to my daughter but without her nursing all the time it could not come in but CPS didn't care about that all they cared about is how for us to stay away from our children. Besides at the time I did not know who to contact to help me the lawyer I had in the case was a court appointed lawyer who did nothing to help us get our kids back.

I feel very bad for what CPS has put you through, my husband and I had our daughter stolen from us by Arlington, VA CPS for similar false accusations. I pray that your daughter will be returned to you. To me, the fact that you cared so much about breast-feeding your children proves that you are a good mother.

yeah. They gave me a "parenting plan" to do in order to get my baby back. Even though I completed the entire plan in one month, I had to wait an extra 2 months for my day in court because they were on "Holiday Vacation." Someone who worked with CPS of new castle became my enemy and told them she felt i had an "inability to parent". So they took my baby away without even investigating to see if the claim was true. Then they put me in jail the next day for no reason.

They did the same thing to me in PA. They got an order before my baby was born to take her away because of a "suspicion of inability to parent" Someone called in and said i was too young and didnt know how to be a parent and they took their word for it. I was nursing my baby when they took her out of my arms! The hospital staff knew beforehand and everyone was treating me like i was scum...but i didnt understand it. i was 21 and perfectly normal. I just had a wrong enemy.

They took my youngest son from the hospital as well. And I was not allowed to nurse him or see him. It was agonizing. I got him back 11 months later. But I lost the two oldest sons.

Someone needs to put a stop to this evil person making false allegations - she is breaking the law in the worst way and needs to be investigated herself, as she is probably doing OTHER illegal activities that the authorities will be interested in. Don't hesitate to call the IRS or whatever agency with your information of potential criminal activity when dealing with people who make false allegations - as they are more than likely breaking other laws and need to be stopped.

People RARELY admit that they have been bad Parents. I'm a Foster Parent. I had one 6 year old boy who had nightmares about Ants biting his legs because of the poor condition of his Parents home. I couldn't BELIEVE the State gave him back to his Parents after they had done nothing to improve their lives for their child! He was with them for a year, and now I have him back. He wants me to adopt him, and I plan to!

Maybe this Woman was a good Mother....maybe not. Who knows.

I hope you get the help you need. Mama, my breast milk had a blue tint, yellow tint-it depends what you eat. What hosebag nurse-doctor doesn't know that? As for putting babies-todlers on meds?
