Not the best in terms of story, but it had its moments. This was one of them. It's not the best show out there (of course, this is just my opinion), but for a show so simple, it can draw you in at times. These moments end up making the series worth a watch. This is only coming from my own personal experience with the show. Chances are, I could be wrong or (god-forbid) everybody will disagree with me, but I hold the show in a somewhat high regard.

Is this from the US version of the DVD? These are very nice subtitles - I particularly like how the subtitles for the song continue playing at the top while the subtitles for the dialogue appear at the bottom. The series I have doesn't have such nice subs, so I think I want to get this version!

its actually a matter of preference.

i prefer dubbed for most shows because i speak English i can more feel the emotion in the characters words...with Japanese i can only feel the most basic of emotions.

but if the dubbed sucks so much that i can feel the emotion in japanese more then in english then i prefer the subbed over dubbed.(k-on is one example)
