Sweet ride. I have an 06 RSTD and would love to install a detachable touring trunk as you did. What kind of info can you give me. Maybe some pics and detailed instructions of how it was done.

I love what you have done with your bike. I have a 06 RSTD and would like to have a detachable trunk on for the longer trips. Is there any possile way to some closer views of how to attached the backrest to the trunk and maybe some play by play on how it was done.

I'm sure it would, you may have to use a dremel on the headlight opening as I did to get it to fit.  And make the brackets as I did to hold it on. David
