OMG I have watched the choir so many times. My high school choir actualy performed O Nata Lux by Eric Whitacre. And our directer and teacher is preparing us to perform, "O Heiland, reiss die Himmel auf" by Johannes brahms. I'm so excited.

Beautiful. Our chorus director just showed us the virtual choir video, and when your solo came on, i was like "Woah. That is amazing." and i know everyone's been remarking on it, but that smile you gave at the end of your solo kind of sets the mood for the rest of the song, and fittingly. I can't imagine him having chosen another soloist for Lux Aurumque :]
lol when u sing by yourself it isn't very impressive at first but then everyone gets together and it sounds absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!! :D you're such a great singer!!!!

It's times like these that make me think I might be in Inception/The Matrix...see, I'm from Tennessee, and it almost seems like the whole world revolves around Tennessee...from the soloist on Lux Aurumque being from TN in this case.

@SugarbabyLA This phrase is used in DCI alot. Basically Bugles, Baritone, and trumpet horns(about 100 of them) blasting their heads off. But this is really nice. This melted my face off. =]. Your pretty.

Your voice is truly awesome, your face is - as others pointed out - angelic and listening to your solo is... i have no words to tell how good it is.
When Eric said "i love the little smile she does at the top of the note - like no problem, everything is fine" that is exactly what I tought. This smile echoed within me and i just had to smile with you :)

You are completely amazing, I love your voice. It's so pure, that wonderful smile you put into it. I feel your emotion and spirit in what you are singing. That's what I try to do as a singer lol. this is amazing... im a choir kid through and through, and the clarity of your voice is astounding. one little thing that bothers me a tiny bit though is the nasally sound through out everything except the high note.... otherwise absolutely gorgeous!

@kimosabi860 Thank you kindly :) And yay, good for you! Tips.. all I can think of is to FIRST learn the piece (or the part(s) that you would like to sing/submit) really well before you submit. I'm not so familiar with Sleep as I am Lux Aurumque, so I may or may not use a score while watching him.

You know, I'm a 23 yr old male and I have no shame at all in saying you literally brought me to tears with the upmost of goosebumps when you hit that high note on Whitacre's compiled final version. And the smile you add half way through holding the note melts me every time. Ahh I dono...some things are just too beautiful to put into words alone. Thank you so much for reaching me like that...
