do you ever wonder why the people left so much stuff behind ??? and have you gone through it bc there might be something kinda cool or valuable left behind . I wonder if the house was like haunted and they basically grabbed what was important and took off lol.

to me that looks semi abandoned. Sometimes you've got to watch yourself cause you might not be the only one in the house............I'm talking hobos or bums haha I've found more than a few myself. You should check out my videos of abandoned houses.

In this case I'd wager the person passed away and the either there wasn't anyone to take it or whomever did get the house has no interest in it other than the plot of land.
