I think it's mic on the guitar and afterwards a little reverb added. But this incredible sound is almost impossible to recreate, since Sungha is one of the most talented guitarists in the world, and he plays with a Lakewood (I think this one costs over 4000 euros)

Making progress in ones guitar playing requires a lot of time, energy and discipline. What we are seeing/listening to here is the result of a great deal of hard work on Sungha's behalf.

I'm not a fan of the word 'talent' because it tends to minimise how much effort goes in to producing such spectacular results. Having said that, perhaps Sungha's greatest 'talent' lies is in his musical ear. Developing a musical ear is vital if you want to become a great player; Sungha is doing exactly this. 5*
