@langanman check out the lbl komodo, you can buy it on longboardlarry. com. i dont have it but i would get it. its good for everything in this video except the sliding, but you can slide any board. i would just get the loaded dervish if you were wwanting to slide. the dervish is the board danes riding in this video.

could someone tell me what the different shapes of longboards are good for?
I don't know which shape i should get...
i live in a mostly flat area with a few inclines and i'd like to learn how to do some of the stuff in this vid.
