I street perform from time to time and while I don't mind if people don't tip me as a general rule I think it's rather rude to film a street performer and not tip. I mean if you are planning on watching it again you clearly think it's worth something right?
whatever im broke and didnt come to the river to see him i came to sketch a building on the other bank and to film ships coming into the harbor so when i capture 30 its no big deal not to tip. he probably makes more money than i do.

You should drop him a dollar! If he doesn't eat, you won't see him on the street any more.
