He has a band called "H is Orange". I don't know much about it, I think they are an "alternative" band. You might be able to YouTube them...I haven't done it yet. He does have a good voice. Such a talented family...

These boys (men) put all young Hollywood to shame. If anyone had reason to "go crazy" or lose it, it would have been this family. From finding out about the death of their father the way they did, to their mother's issues, custody battle over Sam, etc. and they just quietly persevered. They are beautiful and an inspiration!

From what I've read the line "Mr. Hughes hid in Dylan's shoes wearing his disguise" is a reference to George Harrison who was Rick's neighbor and sometimes used the name Hughes while traveling. Harrison and Dylan were planning to do an album together and finally came about under the Traveling Wilburys. George traveled incognito.

I love the story behind this song. It was Ricky's appearance for a retro (for 1970) rock-n-roll "party." He got booed off the stage by the audience, then got even by writing this song---which became his biggest hit! "You can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself." WTG Ricky!

Took my son to see The Brothers playing at Monterey Fairgrounds a few years back and we had the best time! They put on such a great show ~ reminiscing about their Dad and singing his songs.  It was so awesome. Very talented young men. Will definitely go see them in concert again.

Gunnar, I met you back in 1995 at my small Washburn office just off Music Row in Nashville. It was there I got to share with you my great respect for your Dad as we discussed my favorite album of his,"Legacy."
