@cryoist ...get with a personal trainer at your local gym and ask him to set up a diet and workout plan for you...take in protein powder 25g an hour through out the day (especially after you work out)100 grams a day should be good...umm do plenty of cardio(jogging for 20 mins is pretty ok and it helps in fights)...find a martial art that you think suits you and a sparring partner...and most importantly learn self discipline...it takes heart...dreams are killed by the dreamers themselves...

How about everyone takes this into account:

Naruto is supposed to be based off of fantasy, and therefore most of his moveset is impossible to actually do. Real ninjas used ninjatos, kurasigama, and wore black. Naruto clones himself (impossible), wears bright orange and farts in people's faces to defeat them.

Guy is based off of a modern day 'sneaker ninja'. These ninjas use parkour and physical ability to traverse areas with relative ease and to attack enemies with moves they'd never see coming.
