It was just on a tether and it was hauled down for safety when the wind speed rose. It's pretty big, about the the size of a small car. If I see it up in good weather I'll try and get a closer shot.

Panasonic nv-gs60. 30x optical plus 50x digital. Man it's hard to keep steady at that magnification! Wedged myself against the side of a building which helped.
