  • What is the roll rate of this pitts?

  • @AlexRobertson15 Way TOO slow! LOL. It's a little over 180 degrees/sec. When the new Raven wings are finished it will be upwards of 360.

  • @slickhutto Hahah, yeah I've been thinking about possibly buying one in a year or so, but Yak 55's are fairly cheap and have a quite good roll rate, I was thinking about that also. What are the Raven wings?

  • @AlexRobertson15 Google Raven Aircraft and you should find the website for the wing kit. For some reason I can't post a link here.

  • @slickhutto are you planning on getting that kit for your pitts?

  • @AlexRobertson15 I already have the kit. I've finished all of the ribs, and I'm starting work on the spars.

  • @slickhutto That is going to be quite the airplane

  • Nice. I get that same stupid grin every time I do aerobatics. Great vid, keep posting bro!

  • nice flying... great music

Dude... how old are you? I think I have shoes older than you! One heck of a pilot! I'm always impressed with young people with extraordinary talents. Keep posting videos my friend.

  • Finally i used the suction cup + tape in the wing tip in ny CAP 231 and flew succesfully even at 180 kts and pulling 8 g's

  • Which mount did you use for the exterior shots?

  • @HellaJDM The exterior shots from the wing and tail were home-made mounts, while the rest used the 3M double sided tape mounts with zip-ties for support.

  • how did you mount the gopro on your plane?

  • The factory says they testest up to 200 mph but has recommended to also put tape for more safety, i will not tested.

By the way, beatiful Pitts, also seen the project video, congrats.

I will see the way to fix it to the sight device also.

  • Do you know of someone that has used the suction cup and has done aerobatics? I am waiting for my camera today or tomorrow and will try on my CAP 231 this weekend. I do not trust top much on the suction cup and 200 mph and 8 g's but if someone has done already.....

  • @pilotohog No I don't know anyone who has flown with the suction cup. I think it would be wise for you not to use it...

  • @slickhutto Mike Wiskus (Lucas Oil) showed me his two Go Pros that he uses on his Pitts. He mounts 2 on his plane via suction cups for his in-flight recording and said he has never had a problem. He demonstrated the strength of the suction cup my mounting it to a table and picking up the entire table with the camera.

  • what is the name of this song?

  • music was so bad I had to stop watching

  • have you tried the suction cup mount with the gopro?

  • @TheSchoegglnator

Yes, but not on the Pitts. I don't think the suction cup would stay on throughout the flight.

  • @TheSchoegglnator how did u mount it then?

  • i couldnt help but notice your an aggie...im a shsu bearkat....what up

  • thanks a lot...

  • Can you tell me please, which soft do you use to make this nice video?

  • @FAFLSuedois I used Sony Vegas to edit the video.

  • niceeeeeeeeeeee

  • Who cares about the cameras...love the plane and aerobatics!!!!

  • how did u mount these gopros... i would like to put mine on an extra300

  • We used the supplied 3M tape mounts in the cockpit and made our own mounts for external use.

  • very cool

  • What is the aircraft? Im a flight sim guy so i want that aircraft for my sim now.

  • nice one mate :)

  • goes well for 1C

  • Which S1 is it? T or S ?

  • It is S-1C

  • Because of audioslave. 5 stars!

  • Fantastic! looks like an idylic airfield too. How did you mount the cam to the tail?

  • Thanks a lot! We machined our own mount to place the GoPro camera on top of the vertical.

  • Are you also going to let us get in this next year when you take me? :P

  • Hello, i'm sad your airfield is so far from here.

i'd like to come and land there and make a fligt together whith both Pitts of us.

    well done boy ,Franck

  • man that looks like fun. i can only do all that with rc planes, don't think the savannah could handle it! Great video

  • dood, this is so sick. nice work.
