  • Krauthammer is one of the many reasons that America is circling the drain.. Ron Paul 2012 is first step in stopping the end of America. God bless Ron Paul. God Bless America.

  • Krauthammer is a Zionist Jew. He hammers Krauts and whites to advance the interests of Israel to the detriment of all other Americans. He is no Kraut. He is against Ron Paul because he is pro-Israel, and Ron Paul is pro-America. Krauthammer is good at eroding the faith of viewers and steering them to pro-Israel conclusions. Ron Paul is the only candidate who is not bought and paid for by "The 1%" (Big Israel) and who will work for the American People rather than against them.

    GO BACK TO SLEEEP

  • My god, Ron Paul has become a friggin cult. Look at the comments you nutters are leaving.

I'm sorry but Ron Paul and his supporters have officially jumped the shark. You all are a bunch of damn fruitloops.

Any sane Ron Paul fans out there should be embarrased of what your movement has turned into.

  • @stddgv11 Well said!

  • Am I missing something? Wasn't America the most powerful and fastest growing nation in the world during the 1920s?

  • if ron paul is living in the 1920s then krauthammer is living in the 1700s

  • Krauthammer is a pure propagandist , a mouth piece for war. Remember the lead up to the Iraq war ? Weapons of mass destruction ? Words from a media whore, in pay of the Jewish lobby . Invoking the false fag operations of Pearl Harbour, and 911 is the hallmark of an American Traitor and an insult to all intelligent people. 911 was an Israeli operation and Krauthammer the war criminal knows it .There will be trials for 911 and there will be a place in the docket for media whores like Krauthammer.

  • @yancyslide1 Very well said MAN!!! here! Here!! I await nervously for the coming dollar crash by design... I await with enthusiasm the awakening og the GOYIM to finally pot an end to the ashkenazi elitist.

  • 0:25 "There was a theory that America could ignore the world and the world would ignore America."

That's a pretty gross strawman, friend. What Ron Paul (and many others, not just libertarians) wants is for America to stop blowing people up. That's a far cry from "ignore".

  • Trolls!

  • We have been fucking up for a very long time and the whole WORLD knows that without the US Military and the plunder of oil we suck from the rest of the world, and for our world reserve currency on oil we would be NOTHING. All of our intelligent minds we import from other countries and we stick our noses into everybody's business because we are a bunch of stupid fat lazy bastards incapable of being like other productive countries; lets attack North Korea, Russia, China lets fight a REAL war !!

  • I've got to call BS on this one. With over 1000 US military bases/facilities around the world America was ignoring the world before 911?

  • According to the experts like Dr. Robert Pape, Ron Paul is absolutely correct on this point. Pape is the world's foremost expert on suicide terrorism, and said that 9/11 was primarily caused by occupation of the area around the Persian gulf, and all terrorist attacks since have primarily been because of the ongoing wars.

  • "Isolationist" is such a neocon smear. AMERICA HAS NEVER BEEN ISOLATIONIST! Guys like Krauthammer CLEARLY do not know American history very well. Even in the early days of the republic, we were fighting naval battles with Muslim pirates! We even drafted a specific document for the pirates admitting that America IS NOT a "Christian nation." War of 1812? That's not even 50 years after 1789. We had a war or 2 with the Mexican government that resulted in us getting a great deal more land.

  • "Remember the Alamo" wasn't even a CENTURY after the ratification of the Constitution! Then we have the Civil War, and what a lot of people DON'T know is that many foreigners and foreign governments, including those of Germany and Russia (as I recall) aligned themselves with one side or the other.

Hell, even during the pre-Constitution days of America, if you include Manifest Destiny, our leaders have been pretty interventionist ever since the beginning.

  • The Rothschilds had a hand in funding the war to some extent as well (no, I don't say that as a conspiracy theory). Then we got involved in TONS of military excursions all over the Pacific Ocean and then Latin America. Remember gunboat "diplomacy"? So it's a silly fiction that America has EVER at any one point in time been "isolationist." If you consider ONLY military action, then, yes, I suppose we WERE "isolationist" to some extent between the end of WW2 and beginning of WW2.

  • But foreign policy is MUCH MORE than just military action. It includes international trade, diplomacy, etc. America was pretty connected to the world even in the late 1800s, esp. commercially. Even during our 'isolationist' period until WW2, we still passed shit like Lend-Lease and gave plenty of aid to Britain to fight off Nazis. To say that we were 'isolationist' AT ALL post-WW2 is a JOKE! Remember Bretton Woods? Creation of the UN? IMF? World Bank? And so on

  • Would an isolationist nation do things like the Marshall Plan? Hell, the Soviet 'threat' (which was obviously overblown when you look at the actual evidence) REQUIRED us to be quite interventionist, or so they claim. We've been involved in PLENTY of military excursions in the past half-century alone! Yes, Americans DID get a little reluctant for war after Vietnam, but that doesn't mean we were anything close to 'isolationist, but that DOES NOT mean we were ever close to acting on it.

  • Hell, you could say that the American story is one of constant meddling in everyone else's affairs, bombing galore, etc. To call ANY part of our history "isolationist" with a straight face is just so laughable. Pat Buchanan does an EXCELLENT job debunking this crap in one of his more recent books (A Republic, Not an Empire). America has NEVER really had a chance to try out noninterventionism, when you think about it. Let's just try it and see how it works. No, the two ARE NOT the same.

  • Interventionists and esp. neocons simply CONFLATE the two because they can't think of a world where we're NOT the policeman, as if to say that NO ALLY OF OURS can POSSIBLY fulfill our role as global leader, esp. militarily. Come on.. what a bunch of bullshit. Japan is the 2nd-largest economy! If they REALLY wanted to, felt threatened, and had the authorization, they could invest in a pretty strong fighting force. Germany is the 3rd or 4th, I think (largest econ. in Europe).

  • France and Italy are also in the top 10. Sure, they may be less willing to go to war, but they are no less able to form strong alliances, get their way on human rights and democratic issues with rogue nations, etc. Hell, in order to even GET in the EU, there is a long list of things member nations must first do, many of which are fairly liberal and involve decent human rights. America doesn't really have that. The most we got are "sanctions"- dumbass sanctions that DON'T WORK.

  • The EU's combined economy is GREATER than America's GDP (something like 16 or 17 trillion vs. America's 14 tril). So, no, it's a total myth that NO ONE can possibly replace America as "leader of the free world", a myth perpetuated by those who are total pansies.

  • "Oh, no! What's gonna happen if America pulls out all its troops from all these nations and stops intervening in the Middle East?!" I dunno... Maybe we'll STOP angering the Muslim world and making them hate us enough to constantly try to kill us? Maybe all the troops we bring home will be better able to PROTECT THE HOMELAND, esp. our borders and airspace? Do interventionists NEVER consider those possibilities?

For Krauty to say that our policies ARE OF NO CONSEQUENCE is just plain ignorant.

  • OF COURSE our policies are a big factor in why terrorists wanna kill us. This isn't to say that AMERICANS or America themselves are to blame but that our policymakers who keep doing that shit need to rethink what they're doing. It's a two-pronged approach- kill and capture the CURRENT terrorists while NOT doing those things which will create FUTURE terrorists! It's win-win, if you ask me. Makes perfect sense.

Why capture and kill current terrorists but keep causing OTHERS to rise up?

  • It'll just keep us in a state of perpetual 'war' with al Qaeda. It's not worth it. Let's pull out of the Middle East, stop it with this 700+ base bullshit, and focus on protecting our borders and airspace here at home for a change. The world DOES NOT need us to constantly bail them out or act like every little conflict thousands of miles away in some insignificant nation is a reason to invade or send troops. It's high time OTHER free nations become leaders as well.

  • Why we think it's ok to constantly be the number one military power and not let even our CLOSEST ALLIES work with us on defending the free world is beyond me. Diffusing the power and resources makes a lot more sense than keeping it all concentrated in one place, which keeps us vulnerable. It's ridiculous. Besides, do you REALLY think even our allies appreciate having to pay for or keep OUR military bases on THEIR land when they could do so many other things with it?

  • American hegemony worldwide must come to an end. It's time for America to stop meddling, work with its allies, and quit acting like ONLY THE US can solve all of the world's crises. WE CAN'T! It's foolish to think we can, and we spread ourselves too thin.

  • All great empires fall eventually, and empire is so unbecoming of such a 'free' and prosperous nation. We should lead by example when it comes to freedom and democracy and NOT trying to shove our values down everyone's throats. We could also stop the superiority complex bullshit- claiming that we're the "greatest nation on Earth" in front of everyone else. It's pretty damn arrogant, and even IF America is all that 'exceptional', there's no reason to brag and be a dick about it.

  • We must be HUMBLE with our power, resources and prosperity. Let's work with our allies, not against them. Let's consider the power of international trade to help open up new alliances and prevent further wars (for what that's worth). Realpolitik's time has come and gone. A MORAL foreign policy that actually makes sense and takes the high road, not simply the easiest and most convenient route for a particular instant, should be the new wave of the future.

  • This idea among many noninterventionists that foreign policy CAN'T POSSIBLY be led by any coherent ideology or philosophy is absurd. Or that you can't develop a set of morals guiding your foreign policy...

  • Hell, America is the ONLY nation that has to constantly tell itself and the world that it's "The best." WHO DOES THAT?? In any other context, that guy or organization would be seen as a huge prick that no one wants to be around. We're the ONLY nation that needs this constant reassurance of how "exceptional" we are in order to somehow function. There's this weird-ass idea among many Americans that if we just think of ourselves as JUST ANOTHER NATION, we'll lose our drive to succeed.

  • Look, let's stop focusing on being 'exceptional.' Exceptional is a RELATIVE term. It COMPARES one thing to another. WHO CARES how 'exceptional' we are compared to the rest of the world?? Let's just BE THE BEST AMERICA WE CAN BE. Let's be the best FOR OURSELVES and our posterity. That's what matters.

  • This 'exceptional' crap probably sets the bar a little too high and sets unrealistic expectations for our future, too.

  • @whoo689

you are a prolific writer :)

  • @SchittReport

What are your economic views personally?

  • @whoo689 yeah bro, this is silly! He is not an isolationist! he is a non internationalist! yet they refuse to mention that word! It's such bull bro~

  • @whoo689 furthermore, the Marine Corps hymn speaks of that battle with the Muslims in Tripoli. Ahh such bullshit bro! I cannot stand mass media. I stand with you on your comment....

  • @whoo689 America is a Christian nation.....and don't bother responding, its SPIRIT the spirit of America is/was Christian, and because of that , you can talk stupid.....I pray you people do NOT get any power before you grow out of this phase....please read "Is Obama Correct: Is America no longer a Christian Nation" just google it...on wallbuilders website...its not commentary its just a compliation of facts....I know you value truth

  • Let me guess.... he probably thinks Japan attacked America because "they hate us for our freedom" too?

    He really has no clue.

  • I don't see how being friends and trading with other nations while not involving ourselves in their internal affairs is isolationist. This guy needs to learn what a word means befor he starts using it. There is a huge difference between isolationism and noninterventionist.

  • this guest is a joker. America is controlled by bankers and military industrial complex. john perkins explains very well how the US abuses its powers and overthrows democratically elected governments.

  • Ron Paul believes in following the US Constitution. end of story.

  • It's true that Ron Paul is a hicksville isolationist, & he's a hypocrite in seeking the Presidency

  • So!!! How now corrupt are we now since 1920's!!!

  • Krauthammer plays fast and loose with the facts. Ron Paul isn't advising that America ignore the world, just that it stop meddling all over the place and getting intractably stuck in "foreign entanglements"...

  • My God he looks and moves like a puppet from Thunderbirds ....not to be trusted

  • Does anyone still listen to this guy ?

Oh yeah, confusing interventionism with isolationism.

  • This guy talks with his eyes closed, I don't trust him... To Ron pauls point, if congress declares war the chances of us winning decisevly is far greater in my opinion. The disappointing wars didnt have congressional support.
