Eu uso um notebook,mas ele não é ruim,roda bem o PES 2010.Ele tem 3Gb de RAM e 250 de HD.Acho que o problema deve estar relacionado com algum programa não instalado.Mas o meu já tem o DirectX11.

Quando eu vou usar OEdit aparece o seguinte:
Run-time error ´91´
Object variable or block variable not set
