OK first of all the big alien is called Nihilanth, secondly when the green balls touch you, your teleported to some cave were you can grab ammo then fight your way out. And thirdly to kill Nihilanth, you have to destroy those weird big crystals then shoot out all the yellow balls that float around him and jump onto these weird bounce things and in mid air shoot his brain (In Half-Life 1).
