Hey Dear, I so very much agree with ur Old jeans turning into Skirt but the concept of t-shirt into skirt is not advisable, u will make the skirt roll up very easily while walking or sitting due to the material and fitting. Which will maximum end up with a flashing buttcrack or upskirt. So Beware. luv diana :)

there was a spaghetti strap top I found and the top was stretchy/bottom flowing.But the top was made for girls who have...ahem..nothing "there",ao I cut the straps and made a cute black skirt out of it.It's become my fave skirt.Walgreens may have them in your area like they did mine.Some locations carry very cute summer wear. ;)
