  • @LordMgls Someone has enough time on their hands to create 6 accounts and thumb down a number of my videos.

  • I will give you thumbs up for sure! Thank you, for outstanding work!

  • Lovely.

  • from 2:00, he grows incredibly expressive

it suggests he was acting as well.

sorry for the off topic, but i would like to know whether the Queen goes to the opera at covent garden. thanks. :)

  • Very nice and I also like his Pearl Fisher's recording.

  • Gigli in great voice at 56 and on his best behavior this is fabulous. This is included on the great 7-disc set issued by EMI at a bargain price and its highly recommended to anyone who loves the Gigli SOUND. I agree fully with EdmundSt Austell that this is one of Gigli's best recordings. One of history's great lyric tenors in great voice singing one of the great arias of the lyric tenor repertoire. BRAVO!!!

  • Absolutely beautiful! I think this has to be one of the best recordings of this lovely aria. The only surprise for me is the full-out way he sings it, except for the last few bars. That is somewhat unusual for Gigli, who leaned on that glorious head voice so often. He goes for the high drama on this one. It's very exciting and thrilling, of course. Amazing tenor. One of the very, very best of all time. No one will dispute that. Great post! Thank you!

  • Wonderful!
