It took about a year for me to grow to my shoulders. Patience is an important aspect in growing your hair from it being shaved, lol

@Kindergoth Yeh I shaved my head down pretty well last august and now it is almost down to my shoulders! My hair grows really fast xD I also dye it just about every month though >,< I have naturally blond hair and I dye it black hehe always want what you don't have :S But I am going to be trying for red in a few weeks. At least if I kill my hair I am not afraid to cut it all off again haha

But it is black right now, Usually is >,< I always end up going back to black after a while :P I don't bleach my hair often but when I do it usually turns out fine once I put the other dye in. Last fall I had it pink and black, looked pretty cool :)

if i were you i would grow it out a little past your shoulders, and if you need to get something to speed up your hair growth their are things available. and then get it layered, dye the bottom layer bleach blonde and the top brown (and, maybe highlights) that would look great on you!

But i have met a lot of girls who dress super slutty and...they are bitches. Totally what i expected.
