  • oh my gosh man, I'm really beat. I just did this and throughout the workout I was starting to hate you. No hard feelings :D This is the first workout I've done in a while and I actually felt better after I hopped in the shower.

    I too am in 8th grade and I felt like I could use some toning up. I'm gonna try this tomorrow, and maybe eventually everyday if I remember. Although I found it difficult for me to repeat the group excercises twice. I just did each one once, I'll try to get to both soon!

  • @TownsendV228 - If you work it...it will work. Having a better looking body does add a little confidence however it's not the foundation of who you are. I know plenty of fit individuals that are just as shy. Braking out of your shyness is something you work on. Make it a goal to talk to 5 people you don't know. Then up that amount the following week or day. Stuff like that helps you get out of the shy zone. I hope I help ya.

  • meow, I remember during the summer I would go onto fit TV on demand and do those workouts and feel such an adrenaline rush, I needed to run ._.

    I hope these do that for me, I'm going to wake up at five and do it so I can shower off the sweat. :3

  • LOOL i did these 4 like 3 weeks straight everyday and lost like 10-12 pounds they really do work if you stick to it but then i gained it bk coz i slacked off starting again forgot how much u swet :/ xxx

  • @BranmasterG I started of on 1 a week but after 3-4 weeks i increased to 2 times a week and after a few more weeks i increased to 3 to 4 times a week depending on how bizzy i am tho dont try to push yourself to much if u feel like you cant do it dont push yourself just slowly build and increase the amount of times you do it hope i helped :)

  • @BUEYEHL <3 u so mutch i was 21.4 stone at 14 (i know fat ass xD) after doing these exercises every 2 days for a year and dieting i have gone down to 16.8 stone and will hopefully end up around 14-15 stone with most of it being muscle

  • This workout really works. I started it about 2 months ago and Ive gained muscle and lost weight. Its a great workout! It leaves you sore thats for sure but you feel great after. I just added like 10 situps in there towards the end to really work my core since I have a strong one. Thanks so much for this video it really helped ALOT!!

  • @tjbrostheband No.. You can do any workouts at any age.(: Just be careful if your not experienced. And learn a little about the workouts you want to do, before you try them. Just never do free weights or anything like that..

  • this work out was fantastic,im about 20 pounds over weight for my height,im 16years old,id like to get the access weight off. the thing is im an athlete so i stay in shape during the summer and spring time but during the winter i seem to gain the access weight.so enough about that.THIS video was GREAT!i did all 5 exercises and i felt as if i was really pushing myself to stay strong. this video kept me motivated and i sweated my butt off.i will now be working out to this video daily. thank you!

  • @sweetthanu all u need to do is to work on getting cardio, and then try doing some weights after u have gotten better at it. but u should always stop if u feel like u cant go anymore.

  • @hahanotfunnydude - You have nothing to worry about. Doing these workouts will not give you a guy body.

  • I tried this exercise yesterday and wow how much I sweated!

    But the following day I got some symptons over exercise and my leg muscles are in pain. But I guess I could do some stretching to help the problem. And I'm skinny and yet I'm out of shape. Is this the right exercise for me?

  • @GREENxBIGxKx360 - I would start out doing four to five sets. Each set push yourself until you can't do any more. Rest for two minutes between each set. Start out with that and see if that gets you going in a week or two. Do this at least 4 times a week if you can. Mon Tues Thurs Fri. You will be soar in the morning and your tricepts are going to feel like they're going to explode.

  • @GREENxBIGxKx360 - Your arms are a lot weaker than your chest so it sounds to me you are going to have to get your arms strong enough to do enough reps to work your chest. Keep doing the pushups to strengthen your arms, then as your arms get stronger you will start feeling it in your chest muscles.

  • @Jumanite - I cannot give you an accurate time of how long it will take for you to lose belly fat. I know nothing about dispraxia and what you can or cannot do. However, one of the best ways at your age to burn fat is to stay active. Walking everyday is a good way to get some exercise. I apologize if i wasn't much help.

  • this guy has no idea what he is talking about. his form is terrible. you don't want your knees to go over your toes because that puts too much stress and tension on the ligaments in your knee. Also, as he tells you to keep a straight back on the squats, he looks like a number seve "7" he is so far bent over at the waist.

    eat 6 small healhty and balanced meals a day, and be sure to get at least 30 minutes of exercise.

BTW this is fantastic! i was sweating alot and it makes you feel great because when you are done or still doing it, you feel like you are going to look like the fittest person at the beach and you just feel great after this

  • @screwthemover87 - Yes, this workout will help you. Make sure you do some running and quick feet drills. When it comes to football you need speed and quick feet along with power. This workout will help you but the weight room is ideal for those playing football or any sport. If you need me to post some good feet drills let me know and I will post if weather permits.

  • awesome vid. when i first started, it wasrealy hard, i usually had to cut the 50s to 25, and the 15s to round 10, etc. and instead of 1minute breaks... i took like 10.
