  • Esse Bichão já voa comercialmente?

This 787 already fly comercially ?

How many dollars coast the passport ?

  • We will be the launch customer for the 787 freighter. It will supplement our fleet nicely.

  • The airline I work for (can't say which) has notified me that I am on the 787 transition team. I will begin the maintenance procedures protocols and equipment procurment next month. WhooHooo! I can't wait. From what I have been told, alot of our existing equipment and procedures will be able to be used for the Dreamliner. I plan on starting a Vlog when I get going, and will post on the Tube.

  • why is there always the fight if airbus or boeing is better? both are great and both build great airplanes. due to ther competition both are forced to develop better and "greener" airplanes. so it is good, that airbus AND boeing do exist. peace out :)

  • @SuperAppleOSX it's actually at like 0:21 --- it's part of the glass cockpit on the far left

  • Wow! How fast is the “High Speed Taxi Test" if this is low speed?

  • Does anyone know what is tied to the tail? Looks like a small parachute on a string??

  • thought they said it would be quiet

  • sexiest plane ever!

  • FUCK YOU AIRBUS!

  • @mancinisouza Fuck you stupid brazilian

  • @Pvjinflight fuck you too dude

  • @mancinisouza fuck you

  • @mancinisouza Airbus will dig Boeing in the ass painfully like on the army tender haha, revenge for Coke McDonalds and other US trash spread on the Planet

  • show de bola...

  • 787 is just a facelift of 767-300

Nothing different for the last 30-40 years from boeing

No new concepts , new ideas , new planes

    Old planes in new clothes

747-800 is another proof that airplane design is dead for more than half decade

  • @monsterurod you can say that about any aircraft manufacturer. look at gulfstream, The G2,3,4,5 are all out growths of the G1 and G2. I'd say Boeing and gulfstream are two leaders of the their proverbial sects in the aviation industry so whats necessarily wrong with taking a proven design and modernizing it??? look at hawkers, Lear jets, and most citations, Cessna, piper, etc...might as well condemn the whole aviation industry at this point for copier older design..maybe except Dassault.

  • @monsterurod lol you're a funny guy

  • 0:59 why would they use reverse thrust???

  • @Cathaydude You are right, there is no reason to test that now ... they should wait till their first landing and just hope that it works as it's designed to work. Silly test engineers testing things, collecting data and analyzing ... what are they thinking?

  • @AllenRockwell idk. maybe they think its fun

  • true beauty! such an amazing aircraft!

  • the uggliest look the 777 are more impressive

  • the uggliest look

  • @SeaOfGalilea ha the only thing ugly is your spelling

  • thats nothing than a fat slow car xD

  • Ryanair needs this new aircraft. Its a fuel-saving, can built with thight seating and standing. Maximum cost-saving!

  • I am asking this thing for my birthday how much is it? And can I pay with cheque?

  • @Gladioter1903 No problem, it's only $150,000,000 U.S. Dollars.

  • @enigma800 Oh oke well if that's the cause I will buy 2!

  • Fuck Airbus. Boeing is the best, the hell with the rest !!!

  • @AVIATIO Brainwashed American dumbfuck stfu, Airbus is much safer than Boeing

  • @JundaComputersGmbH

Keep on dreaming your wet dream, convoluted Eurotrash fag.

  • @JundaComputersGmbH BOEING FTW

  • grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr stop testing and start seling!!!

  • how do you contact Boeing ceo?

  • i love this plane!

  • very ugly THIS AIRPLANE SUCK

  • Damn i really wanna get myself a license, this pane is jsut great... its like my previous fav boeing, the 777 except updated, plus a HUD XD! I want to get in one and sit in the pilot seat... so badly....

  • @boobie284 the exterior of the boeing 777 looks better than the dreamliner. The only thing good about this aircraft is the interiors.

  • @RobertsDigital I agree so much, Thumbs up if you want them to make a new model that is the frame of the 777 and the interiors of an 787 plus more.... XD the 777 was me most fav plane... i mean i still like the frame of the 787 cuz its no joke... but yeah, i do like the 777 but i want the turbines to have that zig zag accent in the back like the 787s..... pretty much going to be my dream plane right there.... thought i do want to own a learjet 45 or a citation X as a smaller jet for my travels:)

  • imagine the pilot gets tempted to take off.... :P

  • Very beautiful cockpit ((:

  • 747 is better

  • 787 + Chuck Norris = FTW! <3

  • sheeeez ..... 1:02 - she's so quiet even it is so near to it ...

  • 0:33 sounds like a cummins diesel..possibly an inline 6 tug?

  • i don't think so coz the a380 alraedy won the market of big airplanes... the big question is : in the same cathegory ,do the dreamliner gonna be able to compete with the a350? coz we can obviuslly gess that airbus is improving his plane to be bette than the boeing one! and due to the delay of the dreamliner i really think that customers are also thinking in that way . trust me guys...

  • oke it's nice but the planes from ww2 are still no ILS landing or whatever no just put in on the ground with your own hands

  • @Gladioter1903 the aircraft from WW2 aren't as big as the A380, B787, B47 even not B737...

  • 0:22 - 787 uses Windows XP!

  • @JohnHFilms owh crap... blue screen :s

  • @JohnHFilms

    Thankfully it does not.

  • @ThunderAppeal

What's wrong with XP? Its only one of the greatest operating systems of all time.

  • @KiloByte69 When I was your age I wasnt nearly as dumb as you.

  • @ThunderAppeal

Get off your high horse you little jewbag.

  • @KiloByte69 LOL. You lost. But youre used to being a loser.

  • @JohnHFilms lol

  • @JohnHFilms in the air... flying... ohnoes... BSOD!!!

  • @JohnHFilms Yeah xD just a screensaver

  • @JohnHFilms your right

  • @JohnHFilms Oh Shi.... Planes using Windows Xp for vital instruments? I think I'm going to take a ship from now on. I'll take my chances with the somali pirates.

  • @JohnHFilms

Good thing it wasn't Vista. Jk :P

  • @JohnHFilms o my god ur right

  • @JohnHFilms you mean 0:12 and yes they do couse windows xp is the most trusted version of all windows

  • @TheAirPlanePilot11 LOL. Trusted? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 That's motherfucking hilarious, with all the viruses and malware, Windows XP is very trustworthy to be used on airplanes.

  • @JohnHFilms LoL I Know but like peaple are not tryna hack xp no more but yeah xp is the mother of malware

  • @JohnHFilms imagine it running Vista. the project would be a major disaster.

  • @TheXSimulated and xp would be even worse

  • can someone pls explain what is a low speed taxt test. thank u.

  • @okyat Yes, its just driving around the runway without taking offf.

  • how much would i need to buy one of these bad boys?

  • @tubester4567 Several million.. Lol. "Honey I"m going to the store, I'm taking the 787" "ok put some gas in it" *looks in wallet* "I've got $1000" Ah ok, that should be good for a quarter of a tank!"

  • @Pendragon1989 Ya hahaha,

  • @Pendragon1989

LOL..a 1000 dollars,,,might not be enough for taxiing to the runway XD

  • @tubester4567 $125million I believe

  • low speed taxi ? I thought it was about to take off ^^

  • 4 people of airbus fans or taliban.

  • Didn't look like low speed taxiing toward the end. But really, it is pretty badass that they can slam the engines into reverse like that.

  • Sounds like a Corvette at 1:45 another useless piece of American crap!

  • @arrdly sounded more like NASCAR

  • if it aint a boeing i aint going

  • im 16 now im probably gonna join the airfroce after college or do rotc , after i retire and fly commercial (i hope) do you think ill be flying these amazing birds

  • @HansensUniverse compared to Airbus, Boeing are still in the dark age...

believe me, I work in the biggest aircraft maintenance company, (Lufthansa Technic) and every day we have to fix the crappy Boeings. There isn't bigger shit than boeing...

  • 0:23 Windows XP!

  • @Avantime

Oh god o.o I don't feel so safe anymore.

  • @RontoTheDog HAHA Best post ever

  • @Danyarboy

    :P

  • @Avantime You may think the electronically dimming windows, LED's and showers are cool but here is our newest addition to the 787. Windows XP!

  • @kickboxingpanda Can you imagine.. extremely low visibility ILS landing and your plane blue screens.

  • Whats the point of the 787, just a fancy 767....

  • Somehow I think it looks like a cool modern mix between a 737NG and 767 xD

  • @Soulless795

the 767 i have to say is one of the best aircraft out there, and it has the best safety record, how many times these days do you hear about a 767 crashing? none! i just hope its the same with the 787.

  • @qwertyguy76 I agree with you. The 767 is an old plane but yet a wonderful plane :)

  • another $1000000009 billion to go :(

  • did you guy see it the small black flag or something hang on the tail

  • Boeing shit, give me an airbus anyday!

  • @arrdly you are a shit Airbus is shit breaking down all the time, and Airbus is a ugly plane and got engines with no roar, i stick with the Boeing anyday any time

  • @HansensUniverse Fantastic, this is why I love youtube

  • simply amazing!!!! bye bye airbus!!!

  • Without Airbus, Boeing wouldn't be making great planes today. Without Boeing, Airbus wouldn't be making great planes today. SHUT THE FUCK UP FANBOYS! Both are great!!! Competition is GOOD!!

  • reject take off test

  • damn sexy plane!

  • wow boeing have managed to make a cockpit that is as modern as the original A320. 20 years late :/

  • A380

  • stupid fanboys arbus and boeing ar to great companys

  • Me,my dad, and his friend have established a pact to go on the boeing 787's maiden flight !!!!!

  • Actually in the earlier planes such as the 707/727/737 and early 747s they used gray. A panel of scientists found that brown was a more calming/soothing color. That is why you see 757/767/777 and 747-400 and all newer aircraft having brown flight decks. They only exception is the 737 NG is still gray.

  • @Iliketoboard

in Russia "scientists" found the more calming color was acqua... Now Boeing after decades of brown turned back to grey. I think is a matter of fashion...

  • that cockpit is amazing lookin probably the best though dont know whats with the brown now is it a 21st centuary boeing trade mark or just thats the only colour americans end up with lol

  • What's that black cone hanging from a string on vertical stab for? Is it to check for turbulent air around the tail or something?

  • The best of European and American engineering. Sorry, Airbus.

  • sorry, but second half is not "low speed taxi test"... .

that is HIGH speed taxi tests!!

  • lol playing with the runway :D

  • what a beauty, long live boeing

  • what's that black thing hanging on back tail?

  • Oh man,I hate fan-boys, but yes i do agree boeing is quite superior to airbus

  • airbus is copying the boeing 787 with their new A350

  • @liplol how, im sorry, i can now say boeing are copying airbus with the 747-800. just because they make an alternative or rival aircraft doesn't mean its copying. its like saying xbox copied sony because they made a rival console.

  • Boeing without airbus would suck. Lucky thing there are at least two big competitors...

  • Windows XP on the captain side LCD O.O

  • the a350 is going to beat the 787 but the 787 first new and the future plane

  • @alligator1271 I doubt it...

  • Did you notice! The braking shute won't deploy? ;-)

  • Was that also an aborted takeoff test?

  • @nenblom

    Yes, I believe it was. ; )

  • This new aircraft has a good personality ! thanks to Boeing !

  • Introduced*

  • @05u16hep Boeing has made new aircraft within 25 yrs look at the 777 that was inteoduced in 1999 and plus every aircraft manufacturer is gonna get delayed cuz NO ONE is perfect so they delay to fix the problems

  • is very low to the ground why???

  • if it ain't boeing, i ain't going!

WIth a boeing, the pilot is still the one in control. With an Airbus, the computer is the one who is really flying the plane. Also, with the WTO ruling yesterday, Airbus is going to loss most of its loans from the EU, so now their are going to over-budget on the A380/350. In other words, Airbus is being taken to the cleaners by Boeing when is comes to devolping a plane. Lastly, comparing the 787 to the A380 is like comparing apples to oranges.

  • And do you know why the EU is pulling out their loans? because our "allies" the US said it was giving airbus an unfair advantage over boeing. why would Boeing care? because airbus is overtaking them.

Also, you say boeing are the best at developing planes but you fail to mention this aircraft is currently over 7 tonnes overweight and 3 years delayed, and it is nothing but a plastic 757 with ROLLS ROYCE engines to make it anywhere near efficient

I havent seen anything new from boeing for 25 years.

  • @05u16hep 757 = narrowbody. 787 = wide body. Definitely the same. A380? They had to add a new category for it. And, as mentioned below, it can't land at many airports... Anyone heard of multiple Airbus fighter jets? Didn't think so.

  • @burreaucracy ok then, a plastic 767. They had to make a new catagory for the A-380 (Super) because it is new, no other manufacturer e.g. boeing has sucesfully created such a magnificent machine. The A-380 is severely under rated and far more technologicaly advanced than any other aircraft. The 787 is nice, but it cant carry 700 people half way around the world at mach 0.89 And the A-380 has a lower, more comfortable cabin altitude of 5000 ft compared to 6000ft on this and 8000ft on 747

  • @burreaucracy actually the A380 with landing has a much lower impact than a 747 and 777 even believe it or not. This is primarily due in part to the extra amount of wheels the A380 has. It distributes the energy more evenly. Still though i love both Airbus and Boeing and it is almost impossible for me to choose which one i love more. Both make amazing airplanes.

  • airbus is not overtaking boeing. Airbus has run into massive budget problems.

  • Boeing has the advantage of drawing on all their military product lines and know-how.

  • The A380 could roughly ~ carry 2 Dreamliner loads in 1 journey. Cutting back on 1 journeys worth of emissions. The Dreamliner would need to make 2 to carry the same load to same destination with double pollution. A380 makes sense. Also Boeing got double compeition. A380/A350 vs Dreamliner. Airbus wins. Im sure China/India would buy Airbus as opposed to Boeing. Oh and I forgot new A400M millitary airlifter. Airbus wins at all levels.

  • Shut up.

The 787 isn't made for strictly cargo, obviously since its not a wide body aircraft, so your whole argument is void.

    Thanks

  • @tku28

Airbus A380 can only land in a few airports

and by the way its A380 vs Boeing 747-8i and A350 vs Boeing 787

  • @rob772788

...and the A380 has a looooooooooot of proving itself to do ( 747's been flying for over 30 years )

  • on 0:22 on left side i think its the EFB but it has win XP running lol

  • i would at least expect vista

  • LOL that's the worst place to see a BSOD

  • a very nice airplane

  • why was the reverse thrust on during a low speed taxi? I thought it was hazardous to the engine to do that under 60kts...

  • Love Boeing!!!

  • boeing is way better than airbus.

  • NEVER!!!!

  • even though they have nearly 900 orders??

  • @A380sebster

We will also have a lot of problems with the A380 not being able to land in every airport. And its expensive as a bitch

  • lol, very true, but Airbus is the way to go!

  • @halo2windows Well it a huge god damn plane.

I see absolutely no reason to have a plane that big, something like the 747 is perfect.

  • @biggestMetallicAfan the A380 is slightly(3 meters) longer than the 747.. Only for the wingspan it's different( 14meters longer)... and what makes it kind of big is the two decks... that's all, after it's comparable to a 747...

    A380: 79.8 m (261 ft 10 in) B747: 64.4 m (211 ft 5 in)

    A380: Length 73.0 m (239 ft 6 in) B747: 70.7 m (231 ft 10 in)

    A380: Height 24.1 m (79 ft) B747: 19.4 m (63 ft 8 in)

  • @biggestMetallicAfan but then you have to look at the performances, useful load of the A380: 624,800 lbs(283,405 kg) B747: 421,932 lbs(191,385 kg)

more useful load means that its more economical and ecologic than a B747, this is why an aircraft of this size is useful...

After it depends of what kind of operation they plan to do with it...

  • go boeing

  • I just love the new design and specially the new cockpit...

  • 0:21 Monitor next to guy's chin has a Windows XP Screen Saver on it. Lol.

  • i wanted to write exactly the same:D

  • It´s the EFB = Eletronic Flight Bag, that contains aircraft manuals, airport and airspaces charts, bulletins... The base program is windows...

But i dont have sure if the 787 EFB is in this exactly position. Regards

  • Ah, oops, didn't see your answer there.

  • Don't worry, that monitor and the computer that feeds it is separated from the rest of the systems. It's mostly for helping with calculations, logging and such. A similar system is used on tha A380.

  • @Grillzor

    that happens

  • whats that little ball on the rudder?

  • yeah, I was wondering that too

  • awesome design...I like the panel they are using too !!..also..go Rolls Royce engines.

  • Airbus are like Kia, just throw away Airframes......

  • Grow up. All of you.

  • here-here (it attracts some weird ones eh?)

Re the aircraft - looks and sounds lovely. May all who travel in her + have many a safe and happy flight.

  • Sorry to bother you again AirCargoHeavy, but had a look at this captainkhale whatever's profile below and for a 19 year old he sure has crammed in a lot for a teenager :)))) Don't you love it?!

  • i'm nervous about the full body composite construction. What happens if lightning hits a non metal plane?

  • Boeing will always rule airbus sucks

  • btw airbus r just copycats

their just copying off boeing's airplanes

  • @boeingfan882

    ya mum's a boeing!

  • @boeingfan882 I love boeing. But there is a reason why there are 2 different kind of companies. people like organized and titty, so they go with airbus, the beautiful aircrafts. And people like boeing for how powerful it is! and they just want to get there quicker.

  • @boeingfan882 fuck off airbuss is the best and the greattst

  • @golds079 of course airbus is the best!!!
