well since the hood is white im willing to bet this is an interceptor that has had a gauge swap. (200kmh instead of the 220kmh)

and here's why i'm saying that...

interceptor top speed is 217kmh limited (p71)

p73 (base) and p74 (lx) have the same top speed which is limited at 170 kmh

p72 (commercial/heavy duty) will vary between 217 and 170 depending on equipment.

so unless the lx p74 just happens to be white and has had the limiter removed...

Here's the math behind this video....

1 Km in 17 seconds (between 0:56 and 1:13)

1 divided by 17, then multiplied by 60 is roughly 3.529

Round 3.529 to 3.5, so he traveled 3.5 KM in 1 minute

3.5 times 60 is 210 KMH

Now there is 1.6 KM in a Mile, so

210 divided by 1.6 is 131.25 MPH

This is right at the top speed limiter of the factory computer. This video is real.

that is not a crown vic speedometer, p71's register 140 and they will only do that if you reprogram the rev limiter, plus if it was a p71 it would say...ceritifed calibration at the bottom, just under the needle. stock cv's only register...120......nice try.
