Harper is becoming too right wing and using american system for Canada. I hate to say it but Canadians are divided and the trend is moving to the right.
Look at the facts of how harpers budget would've eroded womans rights, civil workers ability to strike until 2011 and the funding of 1.95$ per vote to the political parties (which the conservatives dont need being the richest party [CORPORATE HANDOUTS FTW.])

the Liberals and the NDP voted in to accept the economic update package as part of the Throne Speech, so why are they now saying this is the reason for the coalition... not one vote was cast in favour of a coalition government comprised of NDP and Liberal with the support of the Bloc Quebecois..
