Actualy on 1st job pirayes arent that weak. On Gunslinger(2nd job pirate,gun) he doesnt have many cool skills,on the other hand Brawler(2nd job pirate,knuckler) has some realy good skills like Crosscrew Blow or Back Dash.On 3rd job Outlaw(3rd job pirate,gun) has some cool skills like Octopus or Gaviota,Maruder(3rd job pirate,knuckler) has cool skills too like Energy Blast,Shockwave(with transformation) that hits multiple enemies with a realy cool attack.

Outlaws have Burst Fire too, and they usually use that right from level 70.
