Another excellent video. The only comment I would make (NOT as a criticism, just an observation) is that when I trained as a chef in the 1950's, we were not allowed any jewellery or watches on our hands/arms/wrists whilst in the kitchen. Thank you for a super recipe, TMFW

this machine is fantastic.... we had been using the traditional aluminium gas tandoor. this one has a better look, is non stick and more efficient. i recomment to all.tried veg and mutton seekh kababs. trying tanduri chicken and butter chicken today. works as a portable BBQ too. cheers... dr vikas arora
