The DRX9000 is truly amazing, my aunt was treated on it in Northern California, she used to not be able to walk for 10 minutes without severe pain; she now is completely pain free! There is not a single decompression device or traction device on the market that has anywhere near the reasearch the DRX9000 has on it. You can email Excite Medical (the new manufacturer) for copies of all the research. Please do you due dillegence prior to posting!
If the treatment is performed correctly the results should be close to permanent because Spinal Decompression actually re-establishes the proper oxygen and flow within the disc.
However, if the problem was caused by a trauma then another injury could re-create the condition. If the disc issues were caused by chronic poor posture then continued bad posture could allow the problem to return.
This is why our office combines Physical Therapy with Spinal Decompression.
Thank you for the answer! Last week I made newest computer tomography (this is not so good as magnetic resonance images), it was found protrusion L5-S1 till 2 mm. But I am afraid that it can be bigger.
So if it was injury before then after traction I have only care about my posture and not to lift weights? Is it true? Would like to hear some opinion from patients.
Do you know if it is possible to find such traction table DRX9000 in Lithuania?
Research involving pre- and post-Spinal Decompression MRIs have shown an average reduction in disc size of 50 - 70%. However, no matter what amount of protrusion reduction the vast majority of patients (upwards of 86-89%) report complete resolution of all symptoms!
In our own office we have several pre- and post-treatment MRIs showing significant herniation reduction - One case had a 12mm x 9mm x 7 mm disc herniation with extrusion reduce to a 3mm bulge!
"My doctor said that you have to be 24 hours per day 7 days per week... on that stacle [table] in order not to have protrusion."
Your doctor is correct IF he is referring to TRACTION. Traction INCREASES protective muscle spasm. Therefore, it can only reduce disc protrusions WHILE the treatment is being rendered.
Spinal Decompression was specifically designed to PREVENT muscle spasm to ensure that the disc remains "decompressed" both between treatments and after the treatment is completed.

For how long it works? does it able to remove protrusion totaly ? what will be if you stand up after treatment (traction).
My doctor said that you have to be 24 hours per day 7 days per week - all you life on that stacle in order not to have protrusion.
Please comment more and provide you MRT before and after treatment.

Does it remove protrusion totally?

Sounds too good to be true. Does it work?
