There are many others, but in the category of slow melancholy sacred music, I don't any piece can top Der Voghormia from the Armenian Priest and composer Gomidas. Der Voghormia means Lord Have Mercy. The song's notes apologize for even existing, and gracefully beg to be heard by God. You did a great job. I would like to find one that's done by a choir.
