I hate this thing soooooo much. I loved it at first, but once the bottom plastic screen comes off after a couple of months the touch screen will click a whole bunch of random buttons when you try to text. If you have this phone, burn it.

This phone sucks, I have hated it since the day I have gotten it. I have the screen going black during voicemail as well. You constantly have to wipe the screen clean or it won't work. It's very unresponsive during texting. It has very little extras, and you will count the days till your contract runs out.

Yes it is but it only fixed one bug which was the problems faced while trying to text the Razr phones. I did not like it due to various reasons including: Power Cycling, Contacts getting messed up frequently, Hard to use touch screen, and the touch screen didn't work half the time.

You can't set it for personal ringtones but for just a standard ringtone go to settings. sounds. ringtones and alearts. choose which one you want. go to music. select it. click save.

the only thing i dont like about this phone is there is no way for you to set it up to lock automatically..i like to have my phone lock after 15 minutes of non use so i can protect my information.. cus the only way a person can access it is to know your password. this phone only allows you to have it lock at power up or you have to manually lock it after going thru a few tedious steps.pretty annoying. so dont lose ur phone cus anybody can get ur personal info as long as they dont turn it off

I discovered that you can change the length when recording a video. When you are in video mode, touch the video camera icon on the bottom right corner a couple of times. Make sure the camera icon on the top left does not have mms under the camera icon. MMS mode records for 15 sec.

Hey. Thank you for your video. I've got the LG wine for free on the 30th...and I wish I would have gotten the Crush. I had an KRZR before (two years) and it worked great. The reception on the LG Wine is not so good, and it's hard to understand sometime the other person. I can change it in 30 days. How is the signal (reception) and the call quality on the crush? Is it pretty much the same as in a KRZR? Have you tried the new RAZR by any chances to compare?

Yes you have 30 days to swap out the phone. Reception I have had no problems with. Call clarity is good and everythings about the same as the W385 (Just like KRZR)

I have a few songs that I bluetoothed over to my new phone and it plays well. You can plug in headphones and that's a great feature plus it will play it through the headset it came with. As for bluetooth headset I am not sure about that one as I dont have a bluetooth headset. I'm not sure about putting music on the phone yet as I haven't done it but I have a 8G card that cost me $23.00 at CompUSA.

The battery life is great. I'm a constant texter and talk on the phone for hours also and after full days of use i'm only down to 2 bars. If this helps you decide if you dont want the monthly internet plan REQUIRED WITH THE TRITAN the motorola crush doesn't require it.

Use the data cable and put the music on your phone. Go to Settings, Sounds, Ringtones & Alerts, Choose the thing you want to change and go into the music category. If you want to set it for a single person just go to their contact and click ringtone and pick it from the music category. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes all you need to do is go into your contacts and find that person you want to change. Go into their details and click where it says Ringtone: Default. Then choose your ringtone for them and your ready to go!
