Thanks for the response. The background noises (i.e bass notes plus a few notes in the intro) are synthesized hands. I sampled my hands into a keyboard that we call the Gasitron. The sampler takes the note and alters the pitch according to the key that is being played. Also, thanks for noticing the vibrato--a LOT of work on that technique for me! Just curious--does JHU stand for Johns Hopkins University? Keep playing those hands!
Yes, JHU does stand for Johns Hopkins University. My brother who is visiting me (he attends Oberlin Conservatory) posted his response under my Youtube ID. But don't worry, since my bro has been working on his manualism technique for as long as I can remember, I appreciate your art just as much as he does!!
