Its not a private server. This quest comes in icecrown. You will play as arthas(before he comes the Lich king). He has around 5 to 7 abilities depending of the quest. It shows first this, then it shows a part of WotLK intro(rising of sindragosa) and the illidan fight(thats f*cking hard one too, illidan has like 150K+HP and u have barely 53K). u start it from Thassarian in skybreaker or the other DK in orgrim's hammer.

But this is a Quest In Icecrown that leads to the huge event at the Cult of the Damned Cathedral where Arthas' Heart is (either destroyed or given back, can't remember) This is the part of the chain right after you use the Horde Seige Wagon to take out 250 Scourge, then The ghost of the kid shows you how they were created.

You cannot redeem arthas anymore, he is already "lost" in a way. He is not completely lost but unavailable to be taken back.

You meet him as you do some quests gotten from the Warships flying around in Ice crown.
