This is the biggest crock of lies I ever heard of If the buidling was at 90% occupancy then upwards of 20,000 people would have been killed. WTC never had 90% occupancy in its history . There were many floors that were empty for years in fact the building was so empty they had very few jaintors and custodians working there. i would say the occupancy was about 40%
