At 1:34, the creature popping out of the water kinda looks like "Mara", a demon from the SMT series. Also, the floating head looks a lot like one of those variations of the 'troll face'.
I just have to play this game.

The Creepy mutant in the water at :20 looks like my cat after he's been washed. (The way his limbs sag down, and the expression).

This game is by far one of the weirdest and *HARDEST* games I've ever played. The basic concept of this game is that you're a boy who's going through the Japanese version of Hell and trying to go to heaven (no joke here) and depending on your performance, you may go to heaven, hell, or three other places in between... I finished it and went to hell (go figure) but the truth is, I have absolutely no clue whatsoever what is it that matters in how the game ends, if anyone can tell me, please do.
