I am no policeophile by any means. You should see the stuff I've posted on videos of police brutality. However just as a matter of objectivity I don't see what Arpaio has done wrong. It is in fact his job to enforce the law. He swore to do it, so now he's doing it.

Although I agree on a few principles of Arpaio’s immigration stance, I MUST express my overall opinion of him. After watching countless videos on YouTube, & other sites, to include media outlets (AP, Reuters, local TV stations, etc.), I have come to a rather educated conclusion: Arpaio is clearly controlling & manipulative. Many of his Deputy’s actions are deplorable. Are they all “bad apples”? No, but those using intimidation on a consistent basis appear to be doing his “dirty work”.

The Arizona Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio to pay additional attorney's fees in the Tuscon Citizens open records case.
The appellate court awarded the paper $29,403.65 in fees, which comes on top of the trial courts award. Arpaio now owes a total of $54,644 in fees.
Aripaio was liable for the fees because he lost.
