I have been driving myself nuts for the past few weeks trying to figure out the kitchener stitch. I've asked people, I've looked at tons of books, articles on the 'net, watched other videos on youtube, but none of them made an ounce of sense to me...but oh my gosh, i finally get it!!!!! WOOHOO!!!! Seeing it done in the video, and the little rhyme has made all the difference in the world!
but how do you tie off at the end?

It is a good turorial, but the video is not easy to see. It is a little out of focus. Kelly has a soothing voice.
