you get 1080i through component, 1080p is better, so why bother, just use hdmi (if your device has it)

@NoirNG Not entirely true, you can adjust the sound, to match the picture on most receivers these days (Delay, Advance the sound)

If you save that configuration, it´ll allways fit..

i was watching this video and the dude who's doing the talking about the reciver doesn't know crap about what he's talking about, for example he called the composite video jacks component video jacks. What a douche!
