  • not in the catechism like catholics....

    hes evangelical.....

  • OMG! I was actually in attendance the night this was recorded!

  • @Dredgephantom2

Men need to respect the responsibility they have been given for women. It was given to you by God, and it isn't meant as some kind of ego booster. Your head is Christ, and He was the Suffering Servant.

Also, a woman often comes last in a marriage, but remember what Christ says: "The first shall come last, and the last shall come first".

  • NIGGA STOLE MY BIKE!

  • @reload95

who cares if the guy who stole your bike had any color or not?

    ;)

  • Biblical men don't treat women like they're stupid. We're the weaker sex, but we're not stupid. Unfortunately, I'm starting to meet Christian men who treat their wives like that.

  • "that boy ain't gon' make it by himself" lol

  • Catechisms are simply a confession in Q&A format......they can be Reformed, Lutheran, or Roman Catholic.

  • That boy ani't going to make it by himself hahaha xD

  • Modern catechisms originated within Protestant churches during the Reformation. The Roman Catholics published theirs after (and in response) to the Protestant catechisms. It shows how far we've devolved when we've forgotten ours and catechisms are mostly identified with the R.C.C.

  • is this a minister of the catholic church or evangelical pastor? becauce in one of his videos he said something about a child reading the catequism as if it was ok.

  • He is the pastor of Grace Family Baptist Church. The catechism would probably be the West Minster catechism. But I'm not sure. Something more along those lines than that of the Catholic church.

  • In that video he was giving the origin & meaning of catechism, he was NOT promoting any Catholic teachings. I think he even mentioned how people assume Catholic, but it's origin meaning is learning & reciting scripture...something to that effect. God Bless!

  • @thepathoflife He is indeed referring to the Westminster Catechism. He is very reformed in his soteriology.

  • @thepathoflife @pelitomojao VB uses the word 'catechism' as it is generally defined: a summary of principles of the Christian religion in the form of questions and answers. He is NOT referring to the traditional Catechism of the Catholic Church

  • He clearly was NOT promoting Catholic ritual. He was using the term catechism in it's origin meaning --> in question-and-answer form. He was saying learning in question & answer form like how Children learn in Sunday School. God Bless!

  • Reformed churches which are pretty much the opposite of catholics have catechisms.

  • @pelitomojao chew the meat, spit out the bones. Got to be careful with all teachers, to be on guard

  • @pelitomojao

"catequism" is not about false doctrines

but about teaching truth to the kids

    ;)

    greetings!

  • @pelitomojao watch his video on biblical womanhood (part 1), he expands on that...

  • @pelitomojao Yeah, he said that the catholic catequism isn't what he was talking about. He said what he meant. It was completely different.

  • @pelitomojao Catechism is just a method of teaching through asking and answering questions, and, in this case, Bible lessons.

  • @pelitomojao

Catechism is only a way of learning through question and answer. It's not something that only Roman Catholics practice..... And I just noticed that you wrote that 2 years. :p

  • What's wrong with P. Piper? Is it because he endorses Pastor Driscoll? When exactly have you heard P. Driscoll swear? Not tryn to argue, I'm merely curios.

Have u listened to true gospel rap? Not tokin bou those tracks that the name Jesus is just sprinkled in enough to deceive peeps. I'm talking about totally Christ centered rap music that truly glorifies God as all music should. It is highly edifying. Don't just condemn rappers. Check out guys like shai linne and Timothy Brindle.

  • @KeiiArz Agree with KeiiArz. Shai Linne has more true theology in one verse than most churches in the West do in a full sermon - or ever.

I don't care for rap, but Shai Linne is amazing!

  • @KeiiArz You should try Trip Lee too. Christ-centered indeed

  • "hoodwinked bamboozled" HAHAHAHAHA I LOVE THIS GUY

  • Voddie is a great preacher, but beware of Piper, Driscoll and others of like mind. Paul Washer is sound in everything but in his music beliefs, therefore I don't listen to him because I believe he is wrong and will soon be walking down the same path as the others if he doesn't change what he believes about his music, i.e. rappers or DJs.

  • Washer believes in the message of the Gospel. He spoke along side Gospel preachers who happened to be "rappers." Washer did not refer to them as rappers but Christian brothers.

  • What's your problem with Driscoll?

  • He swears like the heathen of this world do. If you reply, I will not reply. I WILL NOT ARGUE!!!

  • @zbeaver4 beaver, the words you are thinking of were not profane when originally translated, but have become so. The translators were not men to use profanity - at least not in their translations. Keep in mind that language changes.

  • if you havent heard of paul washer youtube him he is an awesome preacher

  • What can I say? Voddie delivers another great message with strength, authority, inspiration and intelligence I look forward to from him. I love him and even more Him for the delivery and inspiration Voddie's messages provide.
