Regarding situps (the reason I looked up this video) I appreciate the direction about not bending to far back with hands behind the head. I need something to kick start my situps, and maybe this will be it. I've got the situp bench, I've just had a hard time getting on it.
Regarding Alice and her body: I've seen ladies with hotter bodies, but they were mostly 20-something. If my wife's abs were as good as Alice's, I'd be very happy.
