Love this look. Your hair looks so healthy but I notice you put a lot of heat to it. How do you keep it so healthy without damaging it? I stopped straitening my hair due to damage, split ends, etc. and my hair texture and length is pretty much the same as yours. Whats your routine, if you don't mind me asking :)
