I've been working on this for hours and hours and I can solve the entire cube pretty quickly except for 1 yellow edge piece that's not oriented correctly. I've tried scrambling and doing everything from the beginning again, I've tried running through the algorithms several times, but there is always 1 edge piece misoriented. Either green-yellow, blue-yellow, orange-yellow, or red-yellow. I can't find anywhere that explains how to flip this final edge piece.
@Lattenkiste if there is only one misoriented piece, it means the cube was assembled with that piece in that orientation. The thing with the rubik's cube is that you never move only one piece, you move, at least, two pieces, so if all the other pieces are solved, there is no way for you to move that piece without scrambling another one, therefore, the piece was wrongly positioned to begin with.
Take the cube apart, assemble it correctly and try again
@JoshRote sometimes it helps to just start over from the beginning. i know that that is not what you want to hear but it does work. it sucks but it works

2 nd step only 3 top pieces are done because somehow it is impossible for me to get it. I've tried everything with R U Ri U R U U Ri algorithm. Also I've downloaded rubic cubic's guide and still it is imposiible to solve the top with this method. Something is wrong with it or something is unexplained here.
@earthereal99 well, looks like it is my fault. Some days i ago i had broken my cube into pieces and assembled it incorrectly. Now i reassembled it and it works fine with this algorithm. Thank you for tutorial. :)
@earthereal99 thanks for the comment, I had the exact same problem, reassembled my cube correctly and it's working grand now. If anyone else is having trouble with finishing the cube while doing the algorithms correctly and has recently taken their cube apart, try getting the cube as far along as possible, then taking out the trouble parts and reassembling them.
you do not have to match the yellow face with the other bottom faces in the stage of making the cross

I don't really have any of those exact states... I have one similar to state 3, but I have 2 extra yellows on that face. What do I do?

In stage 2 i can't get a full top yellow, i end up with all yellow but 1 piece, what do i do then?

it does not work for me i have done this step for a long time now but the cross still does a restart when i am at the last turn.
