Wow, I thought this would be about the fact that Canada has stripped its citizens of the right to free speech; instead, it's some pure bullshit about some silly documents that no one cares about. I guess drunk canadians don't really want the right to freedom of speech; oh well.
I do not recognize any Undemocratic Unconstitutional Goverment in or on CANADA that is NOT ACTING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF The COMMON WEALTHS FLEET LAW...AKA : The Constitution.
The Goverments of and in Canada derive there powers and authorities to act through the constitution :
An unconstitutional Goverment has have no power or authority! just guns!
The government in this case is in reference to the executive, like when it is colloquially said that after an election the party with the most seats (generally - unless a significant amount don't vote in-party) will form the government, i.e. choose PM from their party (majority of votes) and the cabinet.
What does she mean "parliament ordered the government"? Parliament IS the government. Who is it ordering? The executive? The prime minister? The bureaucracy?
This corruption will not stop untill all of the sheep in this animal farm stand up with the only thing we have left, the vote! For the sake of our future we have to ban these parties ALL OF THEM. They have allowed themselves over the last 20 yrs to be totally taken over and controlled by corporate interests.
The only thing that will lessen our national security will be releasing these documents that show that we were involved in torture of sovereign citizens of other countries.
It is Parliament's right to have unfettered access to all unredacted documents. Period. The appointment of retired judge Iacobucci is irrelevant. The opposition should proceed with finding the government in contempt of Parliament.

Mr. Nicholson is wrong. The Parliament is entitled to those documents, unredacted. Harper is stalling, big time. No need for the judge, it is all a great big stall!!

As in "After winning the election, Mr. Harper set about forming a government." Like setting up a cabinet etc.

It will not be the wording or names or locations in those documents that piss off our "enemies", just the simple fact that yes we were involved.
Canada has not been attacked by terrorists, but these power hungry idiots in power are determined to change that.
Who's job is it to make sure the prime minister doesn't break the constitution? Or does that person report to the prime minister anyway?
