  • Vinnie, Cheryl made some Alsedo sauce the other night with Swai fish and scallops, served ver pasta. It was absolutely delicioso! She said, "This is Vinnie's recipe." I wondered how she got your recipe, and now I know. Thanks! And by the way, your videos are great!
