Perhaps a decrease in university fees by spreading educational tax amongst people of all walks of life, as this is the social mobility ladder. Increase in number of youth centres focusing on rehabilitation, creating jobs. Policies such as offering contraception to children of 13 without parents consent MUST be reversed.
